Quiet residential urbanization with large garden area and community pool (children and adults with jacuzzi). Family character, 100 meters from the beach (sandy), and 5.1 km. from the town of Denia, with bus stop at the door communicating with the population. Paddle court. Video intercom and concierge .. In Novadenia (cafeterias, restaurants, take-away food, pharmacy, etc.) and about 500 meters from the commercial center of Les Fonts with two large supermarkets, coffee shops, pubs, press, etc).

Estancia Denia 13-17 abril

Merche la propietaria y su marido, nos estaban esperando en la casa. Todo facilidades. Amabilidad y trato exquisito. El apartamento, ubicado en un sitio estupendo y no le falta detalle. Volveremos sin duda.

Mejor de lo esperado

Al piso no le faltaba de nada, y Merche muy atenta y muy detallista. Por poner una pega, es que es un sitio para playa y piscina, para pasear u otras cosas hay que coger coche, pero realmente es lo que nosotros buscábamos

Genial.

Apartamento perfecto, fuimos 2 parejas con 1 bebé y no echamos nada en falta, juegos de cama, toallas, paños, mantas... de todo. Bien equipado, amplio, 2 baños, plaza de garaje, un jardín enorme, y piscina acorde. Una terraza gigante q da a la piscina, para hacer la vida en ella. Muy tranquilo, a 2 mins de la playa andando. Zona muy tranquila en Nova Denia, y con seguridad volveremos, con un precio razonable para la calidad que ofrece. Merche la dueña muy simpática, nos enseño todo con una gran diligencia. Un placer habernos alojado. Por poner una pega ya que sino no resulta creíble, la cortina de la ducha del baño pequeño, no porque esté mal, pero te toca fregar despues de ducharte ;-) Mayo de 2016
