Eine Oase zum erholen, idylllisch mit dem riesigen Garten mitten in den Orangenplantagen gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Hundertmeter an Strand, Einkauf und Restaurants.

Das Haus ist zwar etwas älter, jedoch sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns wie „bei Oma zu Besuch“ gefühlt. Der riesige Garten ist ein echter Traum, dieser bietet die perfekte Privatsphäre. Wir wurden auch sehr herzlich begrüßt bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Frau P. ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Rundum haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist einfach traumhaft,die Villa komplett ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wiede.

We enjoyed the house very much. It feels like being at home. Walking distance to the beach. We were a bit disappinted about the possibilities for making walks becasue everywhere there are fences around the orange fields. But we enjoyed very much the house.

Agréable séjour.

Un bel accueil avec la dame qui nous a donné les clés, maison agréable avec des espaces pour manger ou des partie de jeux. Le jardin est bien sympathique, la plage n'est pas loin à pieds environs 12 min, tres belle ville avec différents marchés, ça vaut vraiment le détour de faire Calpe, Benidorn et Javea. On reviendra sûrement...merci encore.

Huiselijk

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Marianne, zij is de locale agent. Oorspronkelijk komt zij uit Nederland dus communiceren ging erg makkelijk en snel. Ook met de eigenaar Werner verliep het contact soepel en snel. Alles is in het huis aanwezig en het was net of de eigenaar 20 jaar geleden een boodschap ging doen en nog terug moet komen. Zo huiselijk voelde het. De bedden liggen heerlijk en de airco werkte perfect. In de keuken alles wat je nodig hebt. En de tuin, daar is al genoeg over gezegd maar alles klopt, het is een oase van rust en ruimte. Strand op loopafstand en om in het centrum te komen heb je een auto nodig. Het waren 3 heerlijke weken .

Temps et soleil apprécie. La région est vraiment superbe. Inconvénient que les chiens ne soient acceptés nul part. Sujet au vol dans les voitures vitre brisée pour nous. Villa un peu isolée avec un jardin superbe mais un peu viellote.

Great location

We had a lovely time in Denia. Property is well located short distance from beach, shops, Denia town is a few km away. Property is pretty well equiped and had everything we really needed. Garden is great and we spent most of our time outdoors. Werner (host) and Marianne (local) were very easy to communicate with and helpful.

Lovely roomy house And fab garden!

We enjoyed our stay very much and we were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! The area very quite and tranquil. Amenities very close and lovely supermarket. 10 min walk to the beach, lovely bars and Resturant’s also walking distance. If I was to complain ! The time we spent there went far to quickly but that’s not the owners fault! We had such a fab time we did not want it to end!!

Agréable séjour à la casa rociniante

Jolie maison vieillotte en intérieur mais magnifique jardin avec palmier, fleurs, citronniers et toutes sortes de plantes et arbustes…. Chaises longues et balancelles en primes et le tout très bien sécurisé pour séjourner avec un chien, un petit coin de paradis pour se ressourcer à seulement 10 mn à pied de la plage. Un grand merci à Marianne et au jardinier aussi pour l’ accueil et le service.

Maravillosa, las fotos no hacen justicia a lo grande, bonito y cuidado que es el Jardín. Todas las mañanas nos desertábamos con el canto de los pájaros. Se puede tener un despertar mejor? La casa es antigua pero el baño está reformado y la cocina funciona todo perfectamente. Esta a 5 minutos de la playa. Tranquilidad total, ideal para leer y descansar. Tuvimos un problema por el Wc, ( la casa estuvo cerrada por la pandemia) y lo solucionaron en tiempo récord. Siempre atentos y cariñosos. Así da gusto irse de Vacaciones. Repetimos seguro.

Maison très agréable et au calme. Tres joli jardin. Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Marianne. Seuls soucis : lits jumeaux un peu courts en longueir pour un adulte, pas d explication quant au fonctionnement de la television et prestation de ménage un peu onéreuse par rapport à qualité,(pas même une bouteille d eau au frais à l arrivée ).

Endroit calme, tout en étant à proximité de la mer. Idéale pour passer des vacances reposantes.

Maison très agréable pour passer des vacances reposantes, grand jardin très bien entretenu. Accueil chaleureux. Nous étions en hiver mais son emplacement fait que même en été, elle doit être calme, à l'abri de la cohue estivale, tout en étant proche de la mer. Accès facile.
