Very spacious family chalet (235m²), 5 bedrooms, sauna, at the ski slope and lift

This attractive, detached family chalet "Senningerblick" is located on a very sunny southern slope with a beautiful panoramic view of the ski and toboggan run, the "Hohe Tauern National Park", the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel and the surrounding mountain world.
The location is ideal, right on the slopes: ski-in, ski-out and directly on the gondola lift the "Smaragdbahn".

Chalet 'Senningerblick' is very centrally located in the child-friendly and family ski area 'Wildkogel Arena', also in the immediate vicinity of Kitzbühel (8 minutes by car from the gondola 'Panorama Bahn'), Kaprun, Zell am See and Gerlos / King's leitings. The very beautiful national nature park Hohe Tauern is on the other side of the valley. In short, THE IDEAL LOCATION, entirely in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday, both in summer and winter.

With a total living space of approximately 235m², spread over 3 floors, you can enjoy relaxing with the whole family, children and friends and socializing in a winter environment. The chalet is very spacious for a maximum of 10 adults, 2 children and 2 babies.

The first floor is a remarkably open concept with kitchen, dining room, lounge and sitting area and an adjoining terrace and balcony. Through the very large glass windows you enjoy an impressive panoramic view. There are five bedrooms available, one of which is furnished as a 'master bedroom'. Four of the five bedrooms have their own bathroom.

In the stylish sauna room with large glass windows you can enjoy a Finnish and Turkish sauna. NEW: from the winter of 2018/2019 the sauna will be continuously on stand-by with the new innovative sauna heater HARVIA FORTE 9kW. The sauna stove is lockable and can be set that the 120 kg stones always remain at temperature. As soon as you want to use your sauna, a short warm-up time is required to bring your sauna to temperature!

A fully equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, 2 oven / grill ovens, large induction hob (5 burner), coffee filter machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

The chalet is also equipped with an outside ski storage (entrance) and a separate spacious heated indoor space for all your skiwear and ski bibs. The large glass windows are equipped with sunscreens.

The chalet has 2 parking spaces in the underground parking, about 100m walking distance from the chalet complex. No car traffic is possible at the house, so winter rest is guaranteed. You can use an electric transport cart for your luggage. Parking height 2.50 m.

Due to the higher location and steep slope, the chalet is difficult to reach for wheelchairs and people with walking difficulties.

To ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay, the following local charges apply:

We provide clean, high-quality and comfortable linen, so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.

The house key is located in the key box next to the front door.


Following the example of the oldest mountain huts in the Hohe Tauern National Park (Jagdhausalmen in Defereggental Osttirol), Chalet Senningerblick was designed in a modern / contemporary concept.

The Chalet Senningerblick was built in 2013. A lot of attention has been paid to detail and finish and comfort with several natural materials from the area and its crafts.

Every year, the necessary maintenance work, renewals / refinements are carried out with the necessary technical knowledge.
