Welcome to our villa in Torre Lapillo near Porto Cesareo in Lecce, Southern Italy. The villa has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults with the option of using a sofa bed for 1 more person. The Villa has a comfortable living room and a functional kitchen. There is a shower and toilet. There are safe, walled, play areas at the front and rear with access to a further shower outside. One of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, with the cleanest water is 600m away. There are local shops and supermarkets. Lecce is 30 km away (20 min by car, 40 min by bus). A house full of character minutes from the sea

We spent a week at Chiara's property and had the most wondeful stay. Its a very homely house and it feels as if you are going to stay with your Italian nonna. While the house isnt new or modern some things such as the kitchen have been modernised and everything works. You have everything you need for a great holiday. The house doesnt have air conditioning but there was always a good breeze running through the house and the patio was wonderful for having meals outdoors. The house is in an amazing location. Its a 10 minute walk to one of the most amazing beaches and to all of the lovely local restaurants. Its also only a 15 mins drive to Porto Cesareo should you want something more lively. The local neighbourhood and neighbours were all lovely and we felt very much at home. If we return to Torre Lapillo we would definitely stay here again!

Es ist keine Villa und den Meerblick hat sie auch nicht. Es ist ein sehr altes Haus, wo ständig alles kaputt geht. Keine Klimaanlage (und das ist sehr schlimm bei der Hitze in dem schlecht isolierten Haus), kein Internet, Fernsehen nur auf Italienisch (also Fehlanzeige). In der Küche gibt es nicht Mal das Nötigste. Die Betten sind nur klappbare Feldbetten. Sie sind hart und quietschen bei kleinsten Bewegungen. Viele Mücken und ein Mal jagten wir sogar eine kleine Maus. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr nett, aber sie kann doch auch nicht zaubern. Das Haus ist vollkommen ungeeignet. Wir konnten da überhaupt nicht entspannen und wollten sogar früher abreisen. Nie im Leben hätten wir es gemietet, wenn wir die ehrliche Information darüber hätten.

Ottima vacanza

Chiara e' stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato consigli molto utili per cosa visitare e dove cenare la sera. Posizione strategica per bellissime spiagge e per visitare luoghi molto belli come Lecce, Gallipoli e secondo me la piu' suggestiva Otranto. Il mese di agosto pero' e' troppo affollato. Ci ritorneremo ma in un altro periodo Ciao Chiara e un grazie anche a tua sorella Maria Grazia

Why they chose this property

This property is a gem and located perfectly for both the joys of the area, but without a lot of the congestion and people. From the roof top terrace you can see the entire area, the sea, and enjoy the sun, sunrises, and sunsets. The area is only 600 meters from the small town of Torre Lapillo and its beaches, but is secluded enough to relax in peace.
