Ideal for a couple.The location is right for excursions to Siracusa and the'' famous area'' of Barocco di Noto and to Catania and Taormina. Quite area into a garden of lemon and olive trees. Only 400 meters from the sea by a pleasant walking tour. The nearest town is Augusta at only 3 kilometers, Syracuse at 30 km.

Why they chose this property
The location is nice and quite close to a little town but also near to city as Catania and Siracusa, in good location for our job and far from the noise of traffic. We are close to the sea and we love it so much and we take bath in summer and winter when the weather is sunny and warm.
What makes this property unique
We have garden, serenity, sea, good weather. Unfortunately not accessible for handicap due to
the stairs.
