My accommodation is located 5Km from the city center of Sarzana, you can go on excursions: to the Carrara Marble Quarries, to the 5 Terre of La Spezia, to the Castelli della Lunigiana, to Lerici in Portovenere. At 7Km there is the sea, the coast that goes from Bocca di Magra to Versilia and then do nightlife. My accommodation is suitable for couples, to find harmony, for solitary adventurers who can admire the various landscapes, and for business travelers, being able to relax with tranquility.

Soggiorno fantastico in mezzo al verde

Il soggiorno alla "Casa blu immersa nel verde" é stato stupendo. Il posto molto curato in ogni dettaglio e con tutte le comodità possibili, tra le quali un ampio giardino in cui è possibile pranzare o cenare. Cinzia, la proprietaria, é sempre stata molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la compagnia del suo amico a quattro zampe, che ogni tanto ci veniva a trovare. La casa dei sogni

Casa con grande giardino. Cucina attrezzata e situata in una posizione strategica vicino a tutto. Supermercati, mare sia con spiaggia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti da Massa Carrara dove c è divertimento per grandi e piccini. Cinzia è molto disponibile e simpatica per qualsiasi esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente!

War okay ...

Alles in allem haben wir uns hier wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist teils karg (Küchenausstattung (kein Wasserkocher, Toaster, +eine+ einzige (unmöglich platzierte) Steckdose, ...), teils schön neu (Bad), teils überholungsbedürftig (Außenmöbel, Schrank, ...), ... Der Blick ist okay, aber nicht wirklich "romantisch". Die Lage geht, ohne Auto käme man aber nicht zurecht. Es ist an sich sehr ruhig (bis auf der "Gekruschtel" der Mieter obendrüben, jeden Morgen von 5.30-6.00 Uhr ;o) Sarzana selbst ist auch nichts besonderes, der 10 Automin. gelegene Strand normaler Standard. Das nächste Mal würde wir mehr in Richtung Viareggio gehen ...

Mi dispiace che il sig Stefan non si sia trovato bene, se mancava qualcosa bastava chiedere e avrei procurato subito Il necessario, il tostapane c’e forse non l’ha visto, per la distanza dal centro di Sarzana è specificato nelle caratteristiche della casa. Liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere und großzügige Ferienwohnung in der man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Zentral gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Hier wird es nicht langweilig. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft! Appartamento accuratamente arredato, pulito e spazioso in cui sentirsi a proprio agio. Situato in posizione centrale come base per molte attività. Qui non diventa noioso Torneremo! Grazie per la bella ospitalità!

Un très bon accueil de Cinzia ,trés gentille,de bons conseils pour visiter,même si nous ne parlions ni italien ,ni elle, français ,aucun problème de communication,très bien organisée elle avait la super tablette traduction vocale.super logement ,idéal pour se détendre,une jolie terrasse, un grand terrain , une grande cuisine ainsi qu une grande chambre. Rien à redire sur la propreté.Les produits de bases comme huile,vinaigre, sel poivre,produit vaisselle,café thé ,sèche cheveux linge de maison très appréciés ,surtout quand on voyage à moto avec une bagagerie très limité pour 10 jours Proprieté fermée véhicule en sécurité.Le top!! Davvero un angolo di.. pace!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui due settimane in Settembre, la casa è organizzata benissimo, pulita e molto curata. Le proprietarie presenti ma molto discrete, disponibili e gentili. Anche il contesto in cui è inserito l’appartamento è molto bello, curato e romantico e il verde prodomina, nonostante sia vicino al mare e al centro di Sarzana. Insomma.. soggiorno PERFETTO!
