Built in traditional style, this lovely rustic finca offers the best of both worlds. Set in a totally private, peaceful and secluded location whilst only 2 minutes drive from the beach and the local fishing village of Arrietta. This authentic rural retreat is set in a stunning elevated position and enjoys fantastic 360 views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The old Canarian design is evident throughout this comfortably furnished and well equipped finca, with high wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiles. On two floors the accommodation offers thick stone walls to provide a very cooling ambience in the hot summer months. Outside there's a choice of two large terraces where you can relax and watch the world go by, enjoying the fabulous views, the wildlife, and the mature gardens. La Finca Verde is a great place to stay and will give you all you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

We loved our stay at Eco Finca Verde and we will definitely book again, it is located in a lovely peaceful location but it is still handy to a large shop attached to a garage, we used to eat our breakfast in one of the seating areas with views of extinct volcano's and the sea we visited some great places in Lanzarote, Famara with it's wonderful backdrop of the cliffs, the sky and the sea, climbed a volcano Monte Corona, and of course on of our favourite places the lagoon at Caleton Blance.

Einfach nur schön. Die Finca hat alles was man sich wünscht incl. herrlichem Kaktusgarten. Großer gemütlicher TV-Raum im Obergeschoß mit tollem Rundumblick auf Meer & Berge. Voll eingerichtete Küche, Gasgrill im Garten. 4 Mountainbikes,Schnorchelausrüstungen und Boddyboards vorhanden. Gareth ist ein toller Gastgeber.

Wer Erholung sucht,wird sie auf der Finca finden. Ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick auf's Meer. Alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden Gareth ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer für seine Gäste erreichbar ist.(Was bei uns nur wegen der frühen Abreise nötig war, wegen der Schlüsselübergabe) Alles perfekt! If you're looking for a place to relax this Finca is wonderful. Stunning views and well equipped. Gareth is a great host. Always reachable (for us only necessary to arrange the key handover because we had to leave early). Perfect!

Tolle Finca in wunderschöner Lage, ruhig

Die Finca ist wundschön gelegen - abseits vom Trubel und doch nah genug bei Arrieta, um schnell einen Supermarkt zu erreichen oder Essen zu gehen. Der Check-in war mit Gareth ganz easy. In einer Infomappe, von Gareth zusammengestellt, kann man allerhand Infos finden, auch Tipps zu Ausflügen. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, und waren entsprechend mobil und unabhängig von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, was wir bevorzugen. Parken konnten wir direkt neben der Finca. Von der Finca aus lassen sich die verschiedensten Ziele sehr gut erreichen. Wir haben uns bewusst auch z.B. Puerto del Carmen angesehen - und waren froh, in den ruhigen Norden zurückkehren zu können! Die Finca an sich bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls wunderschön, die Finca ist zum Meer hin gelegen und hat uns tolle Sonnenaufgänge beschert. Selten buchen wir die gleiche Location nochmals - die Finca und die Lage haben es uns aber wirklich angetan, sodass wir damit liebäugeln, wiederzukommen ;-) Danke, Gareth!

Tolles und außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Finca von Gareth. Sowohl die Lage des Hauses als auch die Finca selber mit ihren zwei Terrassen und dem herrlichen Außenbereich laden zum vollkommenen Entspannen ein. Wer die Ruhe abseits des Massentourismus sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthaltes mit dem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer einerseits und dem Anblick der Berge andererseits sehr genossen. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses ist man mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 Minuten im Ortskern von Arrieta mit zahlreichen, direkt am Meer gelegenen Restaurants und einem sehr schönem Sandstrand. Auch zu Fuß oder mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern ist die Entfernung leicht und in kürzester Zeit zu bewältigen. Gareth ist ein toller, sympathischer Gastgeber, der jederzeit ansprechbar und stets um uns bemüht war. Wir können dieses Anwesens uneingeschränkt zu 100 % empfehlen. Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholsamkeit auf höchstem Niveau sind beim Aufenthalt auf diesem Anwesen garantiert!

Merveilleux séjour !

La Finca Verde est un havre de paix, de calme et de lumière, avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Idéale pour des vacances en famille, en dehors des sentiers battus et loin des stations balnéaires remplies de touristes. Les explications de Gareth étaient très claires et il était très disponible. Alles lief super entspannt und problemlos, sowohl bei der Buchung, als auch vor Ort. Das Haus ist ein Juwel. Liebevoll ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man alles in kurzer Zeit. Der geschlossene Garten war perfekt für unseren kleinen Hund. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Der Gastgeber nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Se trata de una casa rústica muy tranquila con un excelente jardín y muy bien ubicada para visitar la playa de Famara, los Jameos del Agua, la Cueva de los Verdes y el Mirador del Rio. Desgraciadamente, la semana que nos alojamos soplaron con fuerza los vientos alisios y no pudimos disfrutar del magnífico jardín de la casa.

We were a family of four and we had a lovely time In this traditional finca. the garden is enchanting with a beautiful view, surroundings are quiet and relaxing , and Gareth was a great host. The kitchen equipment would require a little refinement but apart this point it was all very charming !

The perfect place to stay in Lanzarote

Very charming house with a beautiful garden to enjoy the sunrise every morning. No direct neighbours, sensation of being alone on the island. Un lieu enchanteur...

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette belle Finca. Une très belle propriété parfaitement aménagée, dotée de superbes terrasses, d'un magnifique jardin et d'une vue à couper le souffle. Un havre de paix en pleine nature, idéalement situé entre Arrieta, Tabayesco et Punta Mujeres. L'accueil de Gareth est parfait, attentif et souriant. Nous serons bien vite de retour à la Finca verde.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful week at Eco Finca Verde over the New Year. The house and garden are beautifully arranged - and there are magnificent views from the garden if you want to have a lazy morning or afternoon reading. We were able to swim most days at the Arrieta town beach. Nice village with good restaurants and supermarkets. We actually ended up eating in most evenings and the kitchen has everything you need. We would highly recommend and hope to return soon! If you are interested in doing any excursions we would recommend Eco Insider - we did a bird watching morning with them and a walking tour around Monte Corona. They picked us up from the Finca and dropped us off so was very easy.

Wir haben Lanzarote im Dezember 2019 zum ersten Mal besucht und haben für unseren Aufenthalt eine Unterkunft abseits des Tourismustrubels gesucht. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl. Die Lage des Objektes ist - wenn man den Norden mag - hervorragend. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Tipp-Topp. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unbedingte Empfehlung. Die Lage ist im Norden von Lanzarote praktisch perfekt. Man hat Meerblick, Ruhe und kann alles leicht erreichen. Terasse, Küche, großes Bad und Wohnzimmer... alles da und alles toll. Gerne wieder.
