In a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the historic town and the amazing Schmitten ski arena, ski lifts connecting to the Saalbach region and all other amenities are comfortably reachable within just a couple of walking minutes.

This apartment offers modern and comfortable furniture in typical alpine-style and two balconies with amazing lake and mountain views.

The place was beautiful ! I couldn’t recommend this place more to anymore. Alpen apartments, have been the best in keeping in contact and provided a great service. The views are insane and the place is so well kept. Alpen provided guest passes for Zell am see and discounted ski hire. They truly are the best rental provider I have every used.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Traum Aussicht und trotzdem Zentrumsnah.

Der Service des Alpen Apartment Team war sehr gut. 1 Stuhl auf der Terrasse war etwas beschädigt und es kam prompt ein neuer, sowie noch weitere Stühle, da wir mehrere Personen waren. Einziges Mango der Wohnung war die Auffahrt zur Garage. diese war etwas schmal. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben. Kommen gerne wieder, allerdings nicht mehr an Ostern zum Skifahren auf das Kitzsteinhorn. War wahnsinnig viel los.

Wir hatten mit 7 Personen eine tolle Zeit im Haus. Man hatte für den täglichen Gebrauch alles was man brauchte. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir hatten sogar Spülmaschinentabs. Alles war war sauber und wir fühlten uns wohl. Der mögliche Blick auf den See, beim Frühstück, war unser Highlight.
