"Sylvan" is a family owned bungalow (since 1974) in the City of St. Davids located in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the centre. The bungalow can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. I have been visiting St. David's and the surrounding area since the early 1970's and my parents originally bought the bungalow "Sylvan" in 1974 with a view to their retirement. Sylvan has been a holiday home since 2000 shared between myself and my three siblings. Over the years I have walked the entire Pembrokeshire coastal path (south to north) and intend to complete it again, but next time in the opposite direction. I have very good knowledge of the local area and can advise on things to do and places to go if required.
Why they chose this property
Originally bought by my parents for their retirement. Inherited in 1999 and now maintained as a holiday home.
