The master features a king size bed, large flat screen TV and private entrance to main balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds, third bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. You will also enjoy large flat screen tvs in all rooms, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with traditional & Keurig coffee makers, granite countertops and two additional bathrooms with granite countertops. 65 inch TV in the living room TV with internet tv so you can stream your accounts with Netflix, Hulu or YouTube.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition.

View and furniture was nice. The unit needs some updating, knobs falling off kitchen cabinets, and dishwasher needs to be replaced.If your renting to groups for a week of 8 people you should add more paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissue. Just put it in the cost of the room.

Great trip

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was spacious and laid out well. The facility amenities were great. Being able to walk downstairs and right out to the beach was fantastic. This rental is due for some maintenance. Nothing major. Provided details to property management company.

Great location. Nice option of indoor/outdoor pool although in October, pools were nearly too cold to use. Nice option of hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor. Great access to beach that was not too crowded, 10 minute drive from Broadway at the Beach. Would recommend.

The location was excellent. The beach at the resort is clean and not as crowded as typically found in Myrtle Beach. The pools were relaxing and there were plenty of chairs available. I also loved the ocean view each morning as I had my coffee. There are 4 nice beach chairs in the closet for use. On the flip side, there could be improvements made. If you plan to cook, be prepared for barebones in the kitchen. One towel for the kitchen was not sufficient. We also had to keep washing cups as there is only a handful. Bring tons of paper products and dollar tree kitchen towels! Don’t plan on using the pull out couch for sleeping. It was like sleeping on concrete. Realistically 6 adults can sleep comfortably. The main beds were comfortable Lastly, the slider to the deck was broken when we arrived. It was extremely heavy and difficult to open. The women were unable to open or close it without help each time. A repair man came day one and was not able to fix it then did not return. Overall, great location, great views. Condo is nice for 6 adults, but a few minor upgrades would go a long way for the guest experience and comfort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property at Island Vista and we truly enjoyed it. We’ve been going to Island Vista on and off since 2007 and this condo is very nice. With vthat said, the master bathroom could use updating especially the shower. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend others too as well.

Another perfect stay at Island Vista

My family has been staying at Island Vista for several years now. Once we found this resort on VRBO, it is our go-to. This property absolutely lived up to our lofty expectations when renting on VRBO for Island Vista. Communication and check-in couldn't have been easier. Upon entering into the property, it was perfect. Exactly what we were expecting after looking at the listing. Wonderful and modern furnishings, spacious layout, and comfy beds were wonderful. I also really liked the fact that this property is at the very end of the hall. Being on the top floor, at the end of the hall means there is almost no foot traffic around your door so it's nice and private. I will always sing the praises of the Island Vista property and staff. It's simply our favorite place to stay at Myrtle Beach. We love the security and safety of this resort, and how wel the staff keeps up the property. It's our happy place! Thank you and we can't wait to return to this property!

Reviewer Comments: We love this property and have stayed in different units over the years. For a penthouse and price we paid, not impressed. Bedrooms were very hot. No ceiling fan in any bedrooms. We had to buy small fans. Kitchen was not well stocked and the furniture was very generic.

Positives: Property was very clean. The cleaning staff took longer than expected and we couldn’t get in our room until 3:30 BUT we totally didn’t mind with COVID. Area is perfect! The beach wasn’t crowed. It’s right between north Myrtle and south Myrtle. Gym was nice. All pools were nice. Tiki hut drinks are pricey BUT worth it in my opinion. Parking garage was tight but We made it work. Negatives: The ceiling fan in the living room isn’t the strongest. No ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Fine with me but a complaint from a family member. This unit is not owner by island vista so your room won’t be cleaned or stocked by their cleaning staff during your stay. That even means toilet paper. This was in the agreement but just an fyi. There is cooking pans crockpot BUT there wasn’t any baking sheets for biscuits ect. Keep in mind there is salt and pepper BUT that is it. No cooking spray, seasonings. Again we knew this but it’s just any FYI. Beautiful place! Great view! We would rent again!

Not sure I would call this LUXURY

I'll start out by saying we did enjoy our stay. Nothing major happened that we couldn't handle ourselves. It was a nice condo, oceanfront, but I wouldn't call it "Luxury". There was no check in letter sent like other rentals we've had, and the receptionist couldn't help us because they are not part of VRBO. We did locate a phone number and called, left a message. After a while when there was no return call back we tried again and connected with a person that was able to "resend" a check-in letter that gave us the door lock code. But I do have an issue with the term "Luxury". To me, Luxury doesn't give you el cheepo paper towel that doesn't tear right, and same with toilet paper. I didn't expect to have to run to the store because we ran out after day 2 because this condo is supplied with 1 roll per bathroom. I wouldn't expect "Luxury" to have forks stuck together in the drawer or have 2 of the 3 hairdryers not work. But the most frustrating was if one person flushed the toilet in the master bathroom, you couldn't flush it again for 15 minutes because the tank didn't refill right away. I did get an email the day before we left asking me to report any maintenance issues so they could fix them, but then it didn't allow me to respond. Decent enough Condo, but call it what it is.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Was it perfect, no, what might others might pick apart and say is worn honestly was not important or make the place beautiful. It had more than everything we needed. Clean and comfortable! The balcony and view were my favorite part. Could have spent every second enjoying that (and the weather wasn’t great). Hosts were very reaponsive and great to deal with.My one and only complaint/words of advice; TVs are NOT the best. Bring your own dvds! I tried to be proactive and bring a roku stick, unfortunately there was no way to plug it in as the tv was mounted directly to the wall with no access. Management tried to be helpful, but unfortunately there was no helping the situation and the channel selection was terrible. Other than that.....GREAT place to stay!

This was a great property. The view is goegeous, the unit is very spacious. The location was great for getting to entertainment. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy. My only wish was that the bathroom showerhead were cleaned better (they all had gunk in them and the main one had gunk around the part you hold as well). Everything else about this property was great. I will use again, I will probably bring some cleaning stuff fir the bathrooms to make it perfect for me and my family.

The furnishings were not in line with the price of the unit. Not enough dishes/pans. Mattresses and bedding was very poor. And there was only 1 king bed. The other was 2 beds pused together which is NOT a king.

Quiet getaway

Overall it was a beautiful place. The indoor pool was not in order, which was unfortunate. It also said there was a smart tv and that was not the case. However, the room was beautiful and clean, and the hotel staff were all very pleasant.

Beach condo stay

Great location. The balcony view is spectacular. The amenities, including the pool and hot tub and the access to the beach were great. Towel service is included. The unit was very clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. The furniture and decor is a bit dated, but quite acceptable given the price range. I would definitely stay here again.

Island Vista myrtle beach ph14

The place was older than the pictures relayed especially in master bathroom. There was food still in cabinet and missing door on laundry closet. The views were excellent and loved having a bathroom for every bedroom.
