"Lenno Sopra Spese" is a brand new apartment in Lenno, one of the most popular and warmest villages on the lake on the favoured west side of the lake. Approx 3 minutes walk from cafe, pizzeria, supermarket, bus route. No car required. Private secure parking space if required at the home. Features include a swimming pool (shared), TV, DVD, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons inc microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. Fans, hair-dryer, cot and high chair. Please ask for more details. 10 min walk to lake and village centre. Sunny location. 2 ferry stops in Lenno and Campo within walking distance. Boat hire, Villa Balbianello (007 Casino Royale), restaurant and beach bar within walking distance, Richard Branson's Villa Cassinella all located here in Lenno. Accessible to touristy villages such as Menaggio and Tremezzo. Bellagio a ferry ride away.
For guests using a car, the home is conveniently located close to the mountain to lake road which accesses the village. The apartment includes secure gated parking. However as the village, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance a vehicle is not essential in our view for this home.

By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

The home is located on two levels with no apartment above you.Most of the apartments at this residence are only used for holidays so the pool is often not busy hence many returning guests. Easy secure parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry to access the whole lake and supermarket. Villa Balbianello, scene of Casino Royale 007, and Star Wars is also located here in the village within walking distance of the property as well as he golden sand beach at Lido di Lenno.
