"Tatiana" Village Centre, Lake Como Pool Apartment in Lenno is a brand new 85 square metre apartment located in Lenno, one of the most popular and warmest villages on the lake on the favoured west side of the lake. Approx 3 minutes walk from cafe, pizzeria, supermarket, bus route. Two bedroom home with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, private terrace and private garden. No car required however secure private secure parking space if required at the home. Features include a swimming pool (shared),fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. Fans, hair-dryer, cot and high chair. Please ask for more details. 10 minute approximate walk to down to the lake and village centre. Sunny location. 2 ferry stops within walking distance (10 and 15 minute walk) Boat hire, Villa Balbianello (007 Casino Royale), restaurant and beach bar within walking distance, Richard Branson's Villa Cassinella all located here in Lenno. Accessible to touristy villages such as Menaggio and Tremezzo. Bellagio a ferry ride away.

The home is located modern and comfortable living space inside and out. Most of the apartments at this residence are only used for holidays so the pool is often not busy hence many returning guests. Easy secure parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry to access the whole lake and supermarket. Villa Balbianello, scene of Casino Royale 007, and Star Wars is also located here in the village within walking distance of the property as well as he golden sand beach at Lido di Lenno.

Ideally located between Argegno and Menaggio in the golden triangle and sunniest part of the western side of the lake, Lenno is easily accessible to reach the while lake with regular ferry service located here in the village. Highlights include local market's with superb local produce and seasonal ingredients, the golden sand lido di lenno to take in the sun, enjoy a cocktail or dinner or cool off in the lake, authentic wine and cafe bars and superb home made gelateria to name just a few benefits.
