Absolutely stunning 360 views over Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountain

We were struck by the timeless feel to Turkey and by the priorities the local people have in their daily lives - of making time for family,for food, even for tea(!)
Having found the delights of the Kalkan area we, like many people, fell in love with its sheer beauty and the alluring simplicity of life in this region as well as the wonderful people who live here.
We now spend much of the year in Turkey - It is a very special part of the world with an inciting culture, mouthwatering cuisine and wonderfully natural and varied landscapes.

What enticed us to this region was how the unspoilt surrounding countryside and mountains.
The views from the roof terrace are simply amazing and make the Villa's position one that enjoys the whole vista of Kalkan Bay as well as the surrounding mountains.
Villa Calkris is fortunate to be far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the village nightlife to enjoys its own peace and tranquillity, especially in the evenings, but to be close enough to reach by foot without the need for a car.
