Single Story Villa, Private Pool And Jacuzzi With Great Mountain And Sea Views

Our villa is situated six miles, west of Girne. The villa has large ground with fruit trees and flowers. The villa has 210 meter square of habitable space and is fully furnished, including a plasma TV and satellite. The pool area is totally private and secluded. The pool is 10 meters by 5 meters. The villa can accommodate upto two family or seven people comfortably. The local beach is seconds away. There are two major 5 star have hotels within 10 min. walk. The views from the large terrace is outstanding, with the Mediterranean sea no one side and the five finger mountains the other. The area is very peaceful with no traffic noise. We car arrange pick up and drop off to any of the airports and also car hire, at an additional cost. The villa has fly nets on all the windows and all rooms are air conditioned.

The villa was superb and the owners who live nearby treat you as long lost friends with nothing being too much trouble for them! We are back in August and about to book for next year too. Thanks Mehmet and Selda for a great holiday.

We spent a week as a couple in the private villa over Pentecost. The hosts gave us a wonderful welcome; the house had everything we needed to relax.The villa is conveniently located yet very quiet. It's only a few minutes by car to Girne. There are several supermarkets nearby for daily needs. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful

We stayed here for 1 week 15th june 2025 villa was well maintained and everything you needed for a great hoilday. The owners live near by and was very welcoming even making us some cake on our frist day. I would definitely go back and stay in there villa we had beautiful views of the sea and mountains and some local shops that you could walk too, we did hire a car for a few days so we could go out and explore. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family

Excellent Villa

This villa provides everything you could want for a holiday; plenty of space, clean, well equipped and a gorgeous pool area with lovely views. It is in a good location for touring the island and close to Girne for bars and restaurants if you don't want to eat locally. Selda and Metin are excellent hosts, a great source of information and happy to help with anything you need, including pommegranates, figs, lemons and olives that were just ripening on the trees surrounding the property.

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely villa it was spacious and had everything we needed Mehmet and Selda who live nearby were on hand for any problems we had. We just want to add what a lovely host they are the family are so chatty and happy and helpful they also put on an amazing barbecue every two weeks for any guest staying in there villas and the food was amazing so much and so delicious we enjoyed our many great discussions with Mehmet about life we have no problem in recommending this property for a lovely holiday in a beautiful part of north Cyprus and you couldn’t find better hosts. 5 Star

Unglaublicher Urlaub

Das Haus von Selda und Metin war genauso, wie man es sich wünscht. Für uns war der Pool mit Meerblick das absolute Highlight! Nicht nur wegen des unglaublichen BBQ, sondern auch weil Selda und Metin uns mit allem geholfen haben und sehr zuvorkommend waren, würden wir immer wieder zurück kommen! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Lovely villa in great location

Our 2nd visit - gorgeous villa with everything you could possibly need. Few minutes walk to little beach and bar/cafe open through the day and evening . A few bars / restaurants within easy walking distance - car hire adviseable to really get around but not essential as the dolmus operates from main road . Mehmet and Selda are very lovely owners who live close by - their BBQ is outstanding just remember not to eat that day ! Thanks again guys for great holiday xx
