Lovely 2 Bed townhouse in Award Winning Development. Sleeps up to 4 ideally. Bath and shower rooms. Very well maintained. Large communal pool plus a smaller pool for younger children. AC and ceiling fans throughout, sun terrace with awning, veranda and balcony. Fully furnished and very well maintained throughout. Wi-fi included. Flatscreen TV. Suited to couples and families. Peaceful location yet very close (800m, 10 minutes' walk) to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Non smokers and no pets please.

Excellent Paphos apartment

Great apartment in a quiet development. Enjoy pool or just admire from sunny patio. Walkable to harbour and old town, though taxis are cheap. Definitely recommend!!

Nice place

The perfect place for four people. We were enjoying the terrace with a nice view over the garden and pool. The pool was not overcrowded with people and the was enough sun beds. It was a peaceful place. 10-15 min. to nice beaches, town and shopping.

Good location and setting. There were a number of patches of wallpaper split, peeling and damaged. Some sliding fly-screens were damaged. The furnishings were adequate but the cleaning was poor. The patio furniture was tired.

Thank you for the review. Your comments about the wall rendering and the patio furniture are noted; the absolute intention is to address the wall rendering peeling which has occurred, during the (winter) off season, as well as replace some of the now weather worn patio furniture. There was no prior knowledge of the flyscreen damage on my side, will look to address this during the off season also. Hope your stay overall was a good one nevertheless. Kind regards

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Die Bedienung des Fernsehers war für uns etwas schwierig, aber wir sind schließlich nicht wegen der Medienunterhaltung in den Urlaub gefahren. Bei Fragen zum Check-in hat uns Reg schnell geholfen. Trotz der gated community ist der Zugang problemlos.

Family holiday rental

Fantastic property for our holiday this year. Communication with the owner was 100%, so quick to respond with any queries I had. Lovely quiet location but easy walk to the harbour. We hired a car which gave us the flexibility to drive into the mountains for dinner, various beaches and to the local water park too. Would definitely book again!

Villa is excellent position as only a 10 - 15 min walk from the harbour! Full facilities in the kitchen with washing machine and microwave! Pool area excellent and kept very clean and gardens well maintained! Lots of lovely people to talk to staying in the complex

Fantastic townhouse everything you need is there, clean tidy the terrace gets the sun all day if it gets too hot just a hop skip & a jump and you're in the very refreshing pool,never gets too busy so if you're tired of the beach and want to chill then the pool is the place.Just up the road is Pambies highly recommended, small shop just up the road but then a ten minute walk and you're in the thick of it,or like we did 20 mins to the harbour for breakfast what a setting to start the day,and if its people watching you like go to Alea opposite tea for two relax at sunset and watch the world go by.would recommend this townhouse to anybody who likes the hustle and bustle but are able to retreat to the peace and quiet to chill out.Reg you're a star for putting up with me thanks, will be booking for next year thats for sure
