The owner and caretaker were very easy to contact with questions and they were super helpful with anything that came up! The house was even better than the pictures! They definitely did some updates from the last time they took pictures so it was even better than we expected!

Ski trip

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. We were 4 adults, 4 teens/tweens and 2 dogs. The kids enjoyed the basement space with the pool table and TV while the adults had their space upstairs. There was a nice yard in the back for the dogs to run around. We were met at the house by the caretaker who was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, spacious home, close to Gunstock

This is our second time staying at this home. It is spacious and great for a couple of families to share. The host and caretaker go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and happy. Extra little touches like chocolate on all the pillows when we arrived :) They respond immediately to any questions or requests. I highly recommend staying here for your next family getaway or ski trip!

Great property. Loved layout. Kitchen supplies could have been better- limited silverware, no foil or plastic wrap. Coffee pot needed cleaning. Lower level was a bit musty but improved when we turned air and fans on. Had to replace battery in thermostat.to get it to work.

Fathers Day Weekend

We stayed at this home for Father’s Day weekend/end of bike week. This house was a good distance from the strip but still a popular area so we could still hear bikes at all hours of the night going back to where they were staying. The house was clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with as well as the house manager. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good home base for a reunion

A nice house with multiple areas for a large family to all feel like they had a little room when needed, but with a great family area in the middle for everyone to come together. Close to Gunstock, hiking, Laconia, everything we needed. Downstairs is a little chilly & upstairs warm, but with fireplaces you can make everything comfy.

Great location and great space for 2 families

We stayed in October for leaf peeping and to use the adventure park at Gunstock, just a few minutes down the road. Also visited Weirs Beach, Falls at Meredith, Laconia and Funspot. The home is within 20 minutes of everything and much of it is closer. We were 2 families of 4 and everyone had plenty of their own space! The owner, Carolyn was very communicative and helpful when we were looking for rainy day activities. Outdoor space is private with a nice solo stove and great sitting area. One tip, if you like cooking, bring your own spices. They have the basics, salt and pepper and oils. If we return to the area, we will definitely be back!

This getaway met all our needs as a group of 7. Plenty of space to spread out. Comfortable area's to visit inside and out. Loved the patio with firepit each evening. Very convenient to Gunstock and Weirs Beach. Would definitely book again.

Perfect friends and family get away.

This home was so cozy and spacious for our group of cousins and friends to hangout together. Carolyn was helpful and accommodating during our stay. This place had everything. 3 floors, 3 full baths, and 9 beds (including 1 bunk, and 1 futon), there was plenty of room for our adult only getaway. Dining room table comfortably fit all 7 of us, great outdoor grille and patio with firepit. Pool table was not used but was there if we wanted it. Central air kept the house nice and cool. Central to many things Lake Winnipesaukee, and Weirs Beach. Patrick's restaurant was great with live music. Communication with owner and property manager was perfect. Advertised 3 parking spaces but we comfortably fit 7. Would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to be back.

This property was ver spacious for 5+ people. We could all do our own thing comfortably. The porch and the backyard were beautiful. Great location that left you close to attractions in the area including lakes. Private. Carolyn and Rebecca were very kind, respectable, and both ensured we had a great time. Great space and great location

We are family members who wanted a place to get away and relax. We found that place here! The house is spacious with a lot to offer. The kitchen was well-appointed, plenty of sleeping quarters and all linens are provided. We spent a lot of time playing pool and enjoyed the finished ground floor space. There are good options nearby for restaurants. The weather was warm and rainy, otherwise we would have checked out Gunstock nearby as well.
