Lakefront home with hot tub, beach, skiing nearby in tranquil Barnstead

Enter via a huge mudroom with long bench & hall tree, perfect for shoe or ski storage. On the first floor there is the Trout bedroom- a king side bedroom with sitting area with queen pull out bed and full desk. Across the hall is the first of 3 full bathrooms. A fully furnished & stocked kitchen is ready for your use. Off the dining area is the Loon bedroom, a king bedroom with stunning lake views and huge windows. The living room rounds out this level with comfortable seating and a large brick fireplace with propane fire insert. Outside there is a large deck with a propane grill and seating.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom which is fully updated and tiled. There is the Black Bear bedroom with two queen size beds and the Canoe room with a king size bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

In the lower level there is the 5th bedroom (Fox themed) with a queen bed and twin with trundle. There’s also a family hang out spot with large smart tv, electric fireplace, slate bumper pool table, sitting area and a PAC-Man polycade machine for fun. This level walks out to a beautiful new paver patio, with the grassy back yard and lake just beyond.

Outside we have a brand new hot tub, fire pit & seating next to the lake along with a sandy beach. In the winter, ice skating and snowmobiling may be possible (depending on ice) and in the summer the lake is gorgeous for using the included kayak, canoe or stand up paddleboard.

We are child and pet friendly and would love to invite you to stay at this fantastic lakefront retreat.

There is a large driveway and parking spot that can accommodate 4-6 vehicles. The home is equipped with central AC, heating and has a back up generator in case of power loss.

We do not allow parties / large gatherings unless discussed beforehand. We also do not allow smoking inside the home. Pets are welcome as long as discussed beforehand and included in the reservation.
