About The Home: The villa is situated in an ideal location in central Benalmadena, 5 minutes walk from the main tourist street, but far enough away to enjoy your peace and undisturbed rest. Situated in its own spacious and private plot, the villa has an exceptionally well maintained swimming pool,Private Gym and lots of patio space to enjoy the best of outdoor living in the beautiful Spanish climate.Outside furniture is a Marble patio table with 10 chairs and there are also various other seating areas throughout the villa.There are 9 sunbeds around pool. 4 bedrooms, 1x master en-suite with walk in wardrobe & double jacuzzi bath, one double room, 2x twin bedrooms,+ 2x 3 seater sofa beds to main lounge. 3 bedrooms have patio door access to outside private terraces.All rooms have tv with full sports channels package family W/C upstairs inc. a jacuzzi bath & shower and a downstairs toilet & shower. An open-plan living,dining and kitchen area opens invitingly on to the veranda and pool area.
