“Pereira’s House” is located in Porto da Cruz, in familiar and restful surroundings, with view to lush mountain scenery and the crystal clear waters surrounding the island.

Single floor accommodation with private parking and without stairs, suitable for children and people with reduced mobility.

The house consists of:
Suite with private bathroom;
Double Room;
Child's bedroom (Cot + single bed);
Kitchen;
Living room;
General bathroom

The existing facilities allow for a quiet, comfortable and very comfortable holiday stay, especially for families with children. In addition to an individual crib you have at your disposal a crib coupling to the double bed, suitable for babies up to 6 months, as well as baby bath, diaper changer, among others.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and equipment for cooking meals, being prepared to receive large families.

Considering the extended stays, the house also has a washing machine for the convenience of our guests.

Mooi gelegen plaats om Madeira te verkennen.

Gastvrouw was super behulpzaam. Keuken potten en pannen hebben echter meer dan hun beste tijd gehad. Met het voorziene gerief was deftig koken een zware opgave. Oven was ook stuk en er was niks over gezegd of geschreven. Geadverteerde stijkplank en strijkijzer waren ook niet aanwezig. Airco werkte niet want de afstandbediening was niet aanwezig. Dampkap maakt geluid zoals een straalvliegtuig. Mits een paar ingrepen kan er een gezellig huisje van gemaakt worden. Nu voelde het op sommige vlakken afgeleefd aan. Een levada wandeling op een paar honderd meter van het huis. Grote supermarkt op 8 km afstand. Een paar goede restaurants in de buurt. Rustige omgeving. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Centraal gelegen om het eiland te verkennen. Super steile straatjes. Was wel verschieten.

Quiet neighbourhood and great views

Good beach with black sand few kilometers away, picturesque walking path starting at the door. Norberto is welcoming and uncomplicated host. Thank you for the great stay!

Great Place to Stay with Amazing view

Our stay at Pereira's House was great. The house was fully equipped (kitchen had everything you need to cook) and the bedroom and living room was very comfortable. The location was convenient, 15 mins to Santana, close to Faiel, 25 m to Funchal. It was also very near two beautiful levadas. The host was very welcoming and his Mom and Dad live downstairs in case you need anything, although it is very private. I would highly recommend just for the kitchen view itself which looked out on a beautiful vista and mountain which could also be enjoyed from the terrace. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Accueil sympa

Maison spacieuse, à la campagne au calme sans être isolée permettant d'explorer facilement la côte de Ponta do Sao Lourenço à Sao Vicente. Accueil de nuit particulièrement chaleureux. Propriétaire tres disponible et réactif, ainsi que sa maman qui vit sur place. La location est très propre ; belle vue sur la mer de la cuisine et des chambres. Une place de parking sur la propriété. Salon de jardin sur la terrasse. C'est une bonne adresse que nous recommandons, avec un bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Maison accueillante face à un très beau paysage

Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par les parents de Norberto, qui sont d'une grande gentillesse. La maison est parfaite pour un couple avec trois enfants. L'emplacement, au calme mais pas isolé, nous a paru idéal. La vue surtout est magnifique, et des randonnées sont accessibles à pied depuis la maison. On espère revenir vite!

Beautiful view and a nice house with friendly owners

The holiday home is the top floor of a large house. The friendly owners live at the bottom, they have a large vegetable garden. On arrival we found an alcohol-free beer in the fridge and a basket of self-grown onions and potatoes. The potatoes have a world-class taste. The house is nostalgically furnished and has good beds. From the balcony over the entire length of the house you can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The property is a good base to explore the east and the center of the island.
