Beautiful Villa, short walk to Agni Beach, heated pool with stunning views

The Almond Tree is the purpose-built holiday home that we had built in North East Corfu in 2008. It is within a 15 minute walk to Agni Beach. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the house sleeps six comfortably and has two en-suite and one separate bathroom. Downstairs the house has a large open plan living and dining area, including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. It is both fully air conditioned and centrally heated, so that you can enjoy the room temperature that suits you best. Outside, the house has a large (9m x 4m) fully serviced swimming pool with heating for low season periods, it has a lockable gate so the little ones are kept safe. There are several large verandahs with seating, separate patio areas and a BBQ for you to use. The Almond Tree offers an outstanding view over the old village out to the sea (Corfu Channel) and the Albanian coast. It’s a very peaceful location, with plenty of areas of shade for you to escape to if the Mediterranean sun is not your cup of tea!

Very clean and spacious villa. Good sized swimming pool and plenty of outside seating areas. Great location on the the North East coast, close to Kassiopi and a number of beautiful small bays along the coast. The closest is Agni beach which is 5 minutes in a car or approximately a 30 minute walk, albeit down a steep rocky path to the bay.

Lovely stay!

My family and I loved staying here during our first visit to Corfu. The villa was clean and spacious for all of us, with outstanding views! The location was convenient for touring other areas of the island, a rental car is recommended. The villa was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay and communication with the owners was great. It was our home away from home and would not hesitate to visit again!

Amazing villa and pool- spent days moving from bed to pool to hammock to lunch under the olive tree and back to the pool then evening out and back to bed. It is so restful and beautiful.

Fabulous villa in an outstanding position.

This is a beautiful and comfortable villa, with everything one could need. There are stunning views across the Ionian Sea to Albania from every room and a lovely pool and terrace, also with a view. We had an amazing holiday here: there are so many great bays and beaches close by and first class restaurants.

Heavenly home

High quality furniture, homely, comfortable. We had ten days at The Almond Tree and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Well located, peaceful area up a small lane away from the road. The views from all the rooms were really exceptional - wide expanse of the sea and hill sides. We will miss being there, and would highly recommend it.

Perfect week away

Our stay at Almond Tree was perfect. Beautiful villa, we spent our days in the pool and walking down to Agni Bay for meals at the tavernas. We hired a boat from Agni Boats which was a highlight. A short walk from Agni over to Kalami to shop in the 2 shops stopping at the swimming spots on the way. The bus stops on the main road, we visited Kassiopi for the day. Would love to return one day.

Amazing villa

Beautiful villa and pool with stunning views. Agni Bay is a bit of a trek in the current heat but the water is beautiful. We didn't hire a car but caught buses from the stop at the bottom of the hill, visiting Nissaki, Kalami, Kasseopi, Corfu and Aqualand. Lots of great spots around the villa to relax with a cold glass or a coffee in the morning coffee themorning

Peaceful and serene

Large well equipped house with everything you could want. Really quite location but in reach of plenty of restaurants and supermarket & beaches. Pool was heated in early May when we used the property and was comfortable to swim in at any time. Don't really have anything negative to say about it. You won't be disappointed
