It is conveniently placed close (1 mile) to the centre of Campbeltown with its full array of services, but has uninterrupted views over the water towards Davaar Island and Arran. Spectacular coastal scenery is only a short drive away in several directions. The house was recently refurbished and extended. My grandmother bought Barbreck Cottage in 1921, so it has been in the family almost a hundred years. I spent all my childhood holidays here. In 2003 I modernised and extended the property to make it a comfortable modern house.
