1 entrance terrace and 1 interior patio. Closed community.
Parking possibilities (not reserved).
Community swimming pool may be used all year round. Closed community garden.
Walking distance to all amenities, beach, shops, restaurants, train station, bus stop etc.
Very centric yet quiet location. Close to padel, tennis, golf courts.
Fully equipped, air conditioning in all rooms.
Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee and tea maker, dishwasher, fridge combo, tableware, crockery etc. small pantry
1 master bedroom, second bedroom with doublebed + 1 singlebed. Linens and towels available.
