French farmhouse style gite set in the tranquil village of Arne comprising of open plan lounge/kitchen diner with stairs leading to 1 twin and 1 double bedroom and shower room with WC and hand basin. Outside Large above ground swimming pool and patio area with garden furniture for alfresco dining. Whatever you require from your french holiday experience is here, furnished throughout with comfortable furniture and original oak beams, waiting for you to enjoy. We welcome our guests all year round. In the summer the pool and patio including B.B.Q has all day sunshine. In winter the gite has a wood burning stove to keep you warm after a hard day skiing on the slopes.

Whatever you want from a french gite holiday, be it walking, cycling, skiing or White water rafting, all these facilities are on your door step.

A peaceful and secluded spot

This is a lovely base from which to explore the Pyrenees (around 1/2 hour to 1 hour’s drive). The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a very mellow time sitting on the patio watching the cows and the stars!

Le gîte est très agréable, l'accueil chaleureux, seul défaut l'absence de chauffage autre que le poêle. Pas de chance pour nous il a fait froid une bonne partie de notre séjour... Quand il fait beau le jardin avec la piscine doivent être très agréables

Un séjour au calme

Merci Zoé et Paul pour leur accueil ! Présents en toute discrétion. Un gîte complet, au calme, et une piscine plus qu'appréciée! A savoir: Les premiers commerce (boulangerie) sont a 15km, il faut anticiper si on ne veut pas bouger en voiture chaque jour. Mais c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme du gite, au milieu de rien! Merci encore!

Une semaine a la montagne

Propriétaires aux petits soins et très agréables. Maison super bien équipée, on manque de rien ! Environnement splendide, tranquilité parfaite ! Qualité/prix plus que raisonnable. On reviendra 🙂

Calme et reposant

Accueil chaleureux, logement propre spacieux et bien équipé. Plein de charme. Escalier menant à l’étage plutôt abrupt et couchage grand lit très ferme. Moi ça me convient l me dis c’est à savoir. Seul bémol les toilettes sont à l’étage dans la salle de bain. Le terrain devant est bien entretenu et il n’y a aucun vis à vis. Idéal pour se mettre au vert, merci

Fijne rustige plek aan de voet van de Pyreneeën.

Mooi ruim huisje, goed ingericht. Leuk om de houtkachel aan te steken. Aardige mensen, Wij hebben het naar onze zin gehad. André en Marja.

Idéal pour un séjour au calme

Location faite pour 4 personnes avec un grand espace vert et une petite. piscine on profite de la terrasse pour déjeuner et dîner Le seul point négatif c est les wc dans la salle d eau pas très pratique ….le matin Agréable séjour les hôtes étaient charmants

Un beau logis dans un lieu vert et au calme

Paul et Zoe ont été des hôtes charmants et disponibles pendant cette quinzaine. La maison est propre, très bien entretenue et entourée de verdure. Les conditions de logement étaient parfaites. La piscine était la bienvenue les jours de chaleur. Enfin, Arné est parfaitement bien située pour sillonner la région (randonnée et principaux sites à visiter). Bref, nous recommandons le lieu pour visiter la region.

Awesome stay in Arné

We spent a very good time at Zoe and Paul's place. They welcomed us warmly and looked after us discretely during our stay with a great sense of hospitality. The place is beautiful, peaceful and well organized. Quiet nights, fun days (in the pool with the kids on hot days and visiting around differents sites in Hautes-Pyrénées the rest of the time). Our 3 week vacation was a success. We highly recommend and would love to come back. And if you want a special souvenir, Paul makes beautiful wood craft. We couldn't leave without a few pieces!

Dépaysement au calme

Superbe petite maison. Intérieur en bois style chalet, la maison est très propre et très fonctionnelle dans un endroit très calme à la campagne. Dépaysement et repos au calme. Parfaitement ce que nous recherchions.

Séjour extraordinaire

Accueil chaleureux de la part de Paul et Zoe. Discrets, ils anticipent toujours vos besoins, que ce soit par le nettoyage de la piscine, ou encore la mise en place de la protection contre le soleil. Le gîte est une ancienne étable réaménagée en maison. Les poutres apparentes ainsi que les meubles en bois lui confère un cachet unique. Par ailleurs, il est également fonctionnel et très chaleureux. On s'y sent tout de suite bien et on n'a plus envie d'en partir.

Séjour au calme et au cœur de la nature

Très bonne experience chez Zoé et Paul. Ils sont très discrets. La maison est propre et très agréable à vivre.. La salle de séjour reste fraîche malgré la canicule. Il y fait calme, entouré par la nature, la piscine nous a bien plu aussi. Belles randonnées à faire dans le coin, il faut cependant compter 2h de route pour faire les grands sites.

viaje a Lourdes

Es un apartamento y espacio exterior(con picina) exclusivo para tí. Camas cómodas. Paul y Zoe (unos ingleses perdidos en la Gascuña Francesa) fueron muy amables y discretos . Algo negativo : eché en falta un lavaplatos, y el baño abajo, cada vez que teníamos que usarlo se tenía que subir al primer piso por unas escaleras muuuuuy empinadas. El sitio es muy bucólico, vacas pastando, gallinas, etc. Si te gusta la tranquilidad este es tu sitio, pero está lejos de todo, en el pueblo no hay tiendas así que tendrás que hacer la compra antes de llegar.

Parfait en famille !

Jolie maison, très pratique et agréable a vivre, piscine propre le propriétaire passant le nettoyer discrètement tous les jours, calme et repos garantis. Coin de paradis au pied des montagnes et avec des vaches a deux pas. Je recommande vivement Attention c'est du calme donc voiture indispensable 😁

Un séjour au calme dans un très bel endroit

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paul et Zoe. Ils sont charmants et l'accueil a été très bon. Le gîte propose tout ce qu'il faut (pour une famille de quatre), dans un cadre champêtre très calme. La piscine est un vrai plus et toute la famille en a profité. Je recommande vraiment, vous ne serez pas déçu!!

Très bon séjour !

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous avaient expliqué parfaitement la route pour arriver jusqu'à la maison, et qui restent disponibles si on a un souci. Maison très chaleureuse, propre, bien aménagée, confortable et bien équipée (vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, bouilloire, four, micro-onde, télé en français, jeux, piscine l'été...). Il y a de la place, nous étions en famille à 4 et nous étions très bien installés, les chambres très confortables et très agréables, le linge de maison très propre et douillet. La salle de bain est également spacieuse. La seule chose est que l'on à eu un peu froid, le chauffage ne se faisant qu'avec le poêle à bois. Il n'est pas suffisant pour chauffer tout et s'éteint la nuit ou quand on s'en va, donc très froid le matin et quand on rentre de ballade. On a dû acheter un chauffage électrique d'appoint. Sinon l'environnement est splendide, belles balades à faire, et on est au calme pour se reposer.
