From autumn 2025, the house has air conditioning in all three bedrooms and in the living room.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes by car to Naxos town. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood about 1 km above the most beautiful beach on the island, Plaka Beach. From various terraces there is panoramic view to the mountains, Naxos town and beyond to the sea. Nice garden with lots of flowers and trees.

This house was beautiful, well equipped, and it seems like it’s cared for by someone who actually loves the house. It goes well beyond the common minimal furnishings associated with a place used only as a vacation rental. The decor was clearly made by local artists: much of it is visible in the shops in the Naxos old market. The kitchen was genuinely well equipped, not as a corporate full time vacation rental, but like it was put together by someone who lives & cooks there. The garden is also beautiful and clearly cared for by someone who cares about it. We appreciated the stack of CDs and books. There is no WiFi (consistent with the listing) but we hadn’t looked for it specifically so were surprised.

Beau jardin et maison fonctionnelle. Emplacement adapté et si vous aimez les plages très touristiques. A noter la proximité immédiate avec une ferme (odeur, chien et coq le matin).
