Perfect getaway!

The home was as described and pictured, and it was very clean. The size of the rooms was perfect for our large family of 10. There are lots of spaces to spread out and a great room that offers enough seats for all of us to gather in one room. We loved it.

Nice to have a pool. Dirty. Mouse on counter

The home overall was unclean. I watched a mouse crawl across the counter INTO the back of the stove. They know the home has mice because there are traps in corners of the house but no real remedy. A rejuvenation of the whole house is needed. New mattresses, a thorough cleaning( furniture included) , please wash or paint the walls and scrub the mold out of the master shower.

That is certainly not a reflection of our standards and we will make every effort to do better in the future. We apologize for the mouse that you saw in the home, but do want to let you know that it is standard for most of our homes to have mouse traps around the property, simply as a preventative. Being in a rural mountain area, mice do sometimes make their way into homes, and we want to make sure there are traps in place, should that ever happen. That said, we take the presence of mice very seriously, and do treat homes that have been shown to have mouse activity. We will use your feedback to address the situation in the home.
