This is a fully redecorated modern frontline first floor apartment with Wi-Fi, marble- look floor and lovely decorated terrace to enjoy your outside dinning, and is available for SHORT TERM RENTALS : up till Max. 9 nights or 10 days from 1st of May till 31st October
This comfortable holiday apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a full size sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (each with toilet). 2 travel cots and 1 high chair for baby. Air-conditioned, heating, private underground parking with direct access to elevator, 55-inch google TV , beach toys , tennis and beach -rackets/balls, umbrellas + beach/pool chairs, radio, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair drier, towels, cleaning service,... .The whole family can relax by the large communal swimming pool (baby pool, 2 showers, with bar/restaurant. Or you can go for magnificent walk on the sea promenade along the cliffs. Car and bicycle rental. Outside the building there are 2 public electric car loading stations independant of our community A lot of things to do in the area. Airport Alicante 40 min - Murcia 20 min Note that rentals up to 10 days will only be possible in June July August and September Rentals as from 11 days all the other months. Myself, my husband and our 2 friends throughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The property is very clean with everything that you could need for your stay. The location is very good with all the local amenities nearby but also being a quiet location at the same time. It was very easy to find with a lovely lady to greet us. The air con is very good and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. The pool is very nice with a nice area to sunbathe in. We will be looking at booking to stay here again in the near future Thank you for having us

Stayed in this apartment 1st week of September 2024 and it is in an ideal location, close to Cabo Roig strip that is 2 minutes walk away with all the restaurants and bars with evening entertainment, the apartment itself was maintained to a high standard, it was spotless clean and the hosts were knowledgeable about the area and Olga was a stress free meet and greet on behalf of the owners, the supermarket is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment so you don't really need a car, there is a restaurant on the complex which is handy if you're spending the day at the pool, all in all the apartment exceeded my expectations going by the advert, 10/10 I'd definitely stay there again in the future should it be available. I've probably left lots of things out but this apartment has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. holiday.tfuturesplendthplace clean

Buenas noches Sra Vanesa y gracias por su reseña. Le pedimos disculpas de nuevo, pero debido a un fuerte aguacero, una de las bombas de la sala técnica de la piscina sufrió un cortocircuito y dejó de funcionar. Nuestro departamento técnico la reemplazará. Respecto a las pequeñas baldosas de mosaico en uno de los escalones: es cierto que se necesitan reparaciones, pero se realizarán fuera de temporada porque hay que drenar el agua. Puede evitar esta entrada entrando por el otro lado de los escalones o eligiendo una de las otras entradas. Atentamente.

Good location near beach, bars and restaurants. Apartment was just right, good size bed and bathroom. Everything good , the only thing that was abit annoying was not enough bin bags or cleaning products such as hand soap, washing up liquid, bin bags, etc. But that wasn’t too much of a big deal. Would stay here again.

Good overall, excellent position, was well looked after by host. The only negative was that one of the mattresses in the twin room was slightly too thin and uncomfortable but this could be easily rectified. Thank you for a nice stay.

We are a family thata likes to spend our holidays in Cabo Roig, especially the temperatures and local atmosphere are attractive to us. We are very demanding tourists ourselves. The apartment is well located, with everything nearby. With ragards to the apartment : we have redecorated it completely. The property is inspected weekly and professionally cleaned before and after each rental. We are convinced the property and location will meet all your demands. We appreciate it when our guests give an honest feedback after their departure, so we can make improvements if possible.
We speak English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish.

Why they chose this property

Cabo Roig is the most ideal location for a holiday apartment, for several reasons:

* First of all the climate (always sun, also in winter months you will have temperatures of 20 °C or more) and very healthy environment.
* It is a lovely smaller town (no high-rise flats as you will find in Alicante) with two beautiful blue flag beaches (with beach bars...) and two lovely harbours with restaurant.
* Everything you need within walking distance: beaches, bars, restaurants (some very fine!), take away establishments, supermarkets, bakery, car rental, banc,.....
* Short distance from airports: 20 minutes drive Murcia, 40 minutes drive Alicante.
* A lot of things to do: water sports, trip to Elche, Torrevieja water park, walk along the cliffs, boat trips, visit Valencia, horse riding, golf

What makes this property unique

The property is also quite convenient thanks to the nearby bar/restaurant at the swimming pool. It is serving delicious breakfasts, lunches and evening menus at very reasonable prices. You can also just relax and have a drink. There are some games for the children . The apartment is situated on the first floor . The private terrace connected to the lounge has sun starting from 10.30 am untill 13.30 pm. This means it is a cool apartment in summer time, which is very much appreciated by our guests. Because all furniture and beddings have been renewed, the apartment has a very young, modern and fresh look. It is a very practical apartment, also suited for wheel chairs and elderly. We have also provided high chair+travel cot.
