This is a modern frontline first floor apartment with Wi-Fi, marble- look floor and lovely decorated terrace to enjoy your outside dinning, and is available for short term rentals : up till Max. 9 nights or 10 days from 1ST MAY till 31ST OCTOBER.
Long term rentals upon requst for the remaining months.
This comfortable holiday apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a full size sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (each with toilet). 2 travel cots and 1 high chair for baby. Air-conditioned, heating, private underground parking with direct access to elevator, 55-inch google TV , beach toys , tennis and beach -rackets/balls, umbrellas + beach/pool chairs, radio, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair drier, towels, cleaning service,... .
The whole family can relax by the large communal swimming pool (baby pool, 2 showers, with bar/restaurant.
Or you can go for magnificent walk on the sea promenade along the cliffs; the famous GR92 sea side hiking route passes in front of our apartment as a promenade on which you can walk or bicylcle. Nearby are both car and bicycle rental possibilities. Outside the building there are 2 public electric car loading stations and fast charging at 100 meters (Consum) A lot of activity in the area. Sup rental, Jet Ski, para sailing (summer time).
Airport Alicante 40 min - Murcia 20 min
Note that there is a mandatory end- cleaning fee of 60€ to be paid in cash upon arrival.

This is our repeat stay and we highly recommend .. Always brilliant communications with hosts and support , and the apartment is very lovely - great decor and so clean . Excellent location - As sea , restaurants, bars all within easy walking distance.. we didn’t look to hire a car as the local taxis are really good Looking forward to our next booking !

The apartment was clean and had everything you need. It was in a perfect location, beach, bars, cafes. Pool was lovely. Hosts met us and showed us round and kept in touch when we contacted them. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

There was three people who stayed at the appartment a couple and a single person.It was great to have two bathrooms in the apartment.The appartment was large enough to easy have a family of four staying there.We loved the layout and it was like a home from home.The bar downstairs has great food options and we ate there several times.Olga the key holder was fantastic and also provided an airport transfer.What a find would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent apartment perfect location

Myself, my husband and our 2 friends throughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The property is very clean with everything that you could need for your stay. The location is very good with all the local amenities nearby but also being a quiet location at the same time. It was very easy to find with a lovely lady to greet us. The air con is very good and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. The pool is very nice with a nice area to sunbathe in. We will be looking at booking to stay here again in the near future Thank you for having us

Excellent Apartment

Stayed in this apartment 1st week of September 2024 and it is in an ideal location, close to Cabo Roig strip that is 2 minutes walk away with all the restaurants and bars with evening entertainment, the apartment itself was maintained to a high standard, it was spotless clean and the hosts were knowledgeable about the area and Olga was a stress free meet and greet on behalf of the owners, the supermarket is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment so you don't really need a car, there is a restaurant on the complex which is handy if you're spending the day at the pool, all in all the apartment exceeded my expectations going by the advert, 10/10 I'd definitely stay there again in the future should it be available. I've probably left lots of things out but this apartment has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. holiday.tfuturesplendthplace clean

This is the 2nd time in 2yrs I've stayed at this apartment and what can i say, the apartment is always spotless clean, when you arrive and met by Olga the handover is smooth and pleasant and she is very helpful if you have any questions regarding the apartment or things in the surrounding area, Dimitri & Erica respond very quickly to any emails or messages you sent them which is good,The 2 bedroom apartment is very well laid out with a bedroom with 2 single beds and next door to it is a bathroom with toilet shower and sink, then the main living area is quite big with tv, sofa and a dining table and chairs, there is an adequate kitchen area with a fridge freezer, a hob and oven, a toater and kettle and the cupboards are filled with all the ancillaries you will need, theyve thought of everything, (too much to list) then theres the main bedroom which has a double / king-size bed with bed side cabinets and chest of drawers and a wardrobe so no shortage of space for your clothes, opposite the main bedroom is the main bathroom that has a toilet, a bath with overhead shower and twin his and hers sinks, the bedrooms and main living area all have air conditioning to make your stay comfortable, then outside the patio doors is the veranda which compared to some apartments ive stayed in is quite big and has a large table with 4 chairs and room to move around them, there is also a slid out drying rack for you clothes on the veranda.All in all i had a great stay at this apartment, 10/10

Le pedimos disculpas de nuevo, pero debido a un fuerte aguacero, una de las bombas de la sala técnica de la piscina sufrió un cortocircuito y dejó de funcionar. Nuestro departamento técnico la reemplazará. Respecto a las pequeñas baldosas de mosaico en uno de los escalones: es cierto que se necesitan reparaciones, pero se realizarán fuera de temporada porque hay que drenar el agua. Puede evitar esta entrada entrando por el otro lado de los escalones o eligiendo una de las otras entradas. Atentamente.

Efectivamente, durante su estancia se produjo un defecto técnico en la instalación de la piscina. Una de las bombas estaba rota y necesita ser reemplazada. Nice apartment , good location

Good location near beach, bars and restaurants. Apartment was just right, good size bed and bathroom. Everything good , the only thing that was abit annoying was not enough bin bags or cleaning products such as hand soap, washing up liquid, bin bags, etc. But that wasn’t too much of a big deal. Would stay here again.

We are a family thata likes to spend our holidays in Cabo Roig, especially the temperatures and local atmosphere are attractive to us. We are very demanding tourists ourselves. The apartment is well located, with everything nearby. With ragards to the apartment : we have redecorated it completely. The property is inspected weekly and professionally cleaned before and after each rental. We are convinced the property and location will meet all your demands. We appreciate it when our guests give an honest feedback after their departure, so we can make improvements if possible.
We speak English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish.

Why they chose this property

Cabo Roig is the most ideal location for a holiday apartment, for several reasons:

* First of all the climate (always sun, also in winter months you will have temperatures of 20 °C or more) and very healthy environment.
* It is a lovely smaller town (no high-rise flats as you will find in Alicante) with two beautiful blue flag beaches (with beach bars...) and two lovely harbours with restaurant.
* Everything you need within walking distance: beaches, bars, restaurants (some very fine!), take away establishments, supermarkets, bakery, car rental, banc,.....
* Short distance from airports: 20 minutes drive Murcia, 40 minutes drive Alicante.
* A lot of things to do: water sports, trip to Elche, Torrevieja water park, walk along the cliffs, boat trips, visit Valencia, horse riding, golf

What makes this property unique

The property is also quite convenient thanks to the nearby bar/restaurant at the swimming pool. It is serving delicious breakfasts, lunches and evening menus at very reasonable prices. You can also just relax and have a drink. There are some games for the children . The apartment is situated on the first floor . The private terrace connected to the lounge has sun starting from 10.30 am untill 13.30 pm. This means it is a cool apartment in summer time, which is very much appreciated by our guests. Because all furniture and beddings have been renewed, the apartment has a very young, modern and fresh look. It is a very practical apartment, also suited for wheel chairs and elderly. Note that bathrooms are not adapted for people with disabilities. We also have avabilable a high chair+travel cot for.
