Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, except for the basement and a small storage closet, both are locked and reserved for the property owner.

The Neighborhood:
The Trailside Retreats are located just outside of Wakefield, near the Ramsey neighborhood. When booking is confirmed, renters will receive a copy of our digital house manual/local area guidebook, which is a great resource for getting around and site seeing!

Getting Around:
The UP is a very spread out area, so you will need a car or truck to get around, however this property is located on Trail #2, which connects Wakefield - Bessemer - Ironwood - Hurley, so it's very easy to get around using a recreational vehicle as well.

One of the benefits for staying with Superior Getaways, is that each of our reservations come with a damage protection policy, so you can enjoy peace of mind that your stay is protected!

Interaction with Guests:
This property is a part of the Superior Getaways Rental Family and is managed by Longhini Property Management. LPM is on call 24 hours a day during your reservation and all of the contact information can be found inside the home and in our digital house manual.
