Outstanding stay in Barcelona
Owner was there to greet us with plenty of information about the apartment and neighborhood. The unit was clean and spacious., just as advertised, great for a family trip. Lots of interesting restaurants within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this place!

L'appartamento è molto be...
L'appartamento è molto bello e dotati di tutti i comfort, la zona è ben servita da tre linee della metro e dagli autobus e a pochi metri c'è un supermercato molto economico. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili, saremmo rimasti li ancora molto tempo se avessimo potuto!

Appartement très bien situé et conforme à la description donnée.
L'équipement, l'accessibilité et les alentours sont très bien cependant l'humidité qui y règne est très gênante et l'impossibilité d’aérer aggrave le phénomène.

Appartement conforme à la description, spacieux et tout équipé. Nous étions un groupe de 7 jeunes et cet appartement était idéal, bus et métro à proximité, dont un bus conduisant directement à la barceloneta en 15 minutes.
Accueil très chaleureux et attentif aux questions !

"Le logement est bien entretenu, la décoration agréable. L''equipement de la cuisine est tres complet, les 2 salles d''eau bien pratiquent pour les voyages en groupe. Manque toutefois d''éclairage naturel: le logement ne bénéficie que de 2 puits de lumière . Autre petit bémol, l''absence d''ouverture favorise probablement l''absence de renouvellement de l''air: l''odeur est un peu désagréable . Sinon, le quartier est sympa: petites places avec cafés, supérettes, boulangerie ..."

"Accueil excellent, très amical. Propreté impeccable, pas de bruit. Equipement très complet, finitions de qualité, appartement spacieux et agréable. Beaucoup d'attentions dans les détails, corbeille de fruits, thés, draps et linges fournis. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La relation avec le propriétaire est basée sur la confiance, très agréable !
Côté moins (mais pas grave) : ventilation un peu bruyante la nuit, un des lits un peu difficile à manoeuvrer (il ne tient pas en place correctement), odeur de renfermé que l'on perçoit en venant de l'extérieur, mais qui s'oublie une fois dedans."

"L''appartement est idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille, nous y étions avec nos 4 enfants. Bien situé, très proche métro, supermarchés à proximité. Accueil chaleureux. A recommander!"

"Un appartement très confortable, décoré avec bon goût idéal pour des groupes d''environ 10 personnes avec tout l''équipement nécessaire.
Il est aussi très bien situé, les taxis étant très nombreux à environ 2 minutes de l''appartement.
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

"The flat is on the groun...
"The flat is on the ground floor and close to the Placa Espanya, such as many supermarkets. The owners are very friendly and the kitchen contains everything you need (even more). Still, the flat does not have any windows but the air conditioner/heating works fine. I would come back anytime."

"Bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Sa situation est idéale pour faire les visites, le shopping, boire un verre, sortir... Les propriétaires sont très gentils et de bons conseils pour les restos.
Petit bémol : manque de luminosité dans le salon."
