Mountainside Condo At Fernie Alpine Resort

Relax in comfort at this beautifully renovated two bedroom condo located on the ski hill. This 920 square foot unit is located on the main floor with an outside door for convenient access from your vehicle and easy loading and unloading. The patio features anchor rings for securing bikes or other sports gear; cables and locks not included.

This condo is tastefully furnished and decorated. The fully-equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Keep warm with the natural gas fireplace complete with a pull-out drying rack.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a three-piece ensuite. The second bedroom features two queen size beds and a full four-piece bathroom.

Free Wi-fi, and cable TV are provided. Two ski lockers are provided for you to store your skiing gear. Free parking is included.

Five outdoor hot tubs and two saunas are available. Two barbeques are located in the common area and are available for use.

The City of Fernie is a five minute drive to restaurants, stores and shops. The ski hill is a ten minute walk away or if you prefer you can drive to the ski base area. You can ski in to the condo.

Whether you ski, snowboard, hike, mountain bike, golf, fly fish or kayak, this condo will provide a wonderful location for you to enjoy all that Fernie has to offer year round!

Airport Shuttle Bus Service:
Use the daily shuttle service to get directly from the Calgary or Cranbrook Airport to Fernie Alpine Resort in British Columbia. Once you're here, regular local service makes it easy to move between downtown Fernie and the slopes at Fernie Alpine resort.

Well equipped, comfortable condo. We appreciated the extras in the kitchen such as spices, coffee, tinfoil, parchment paper, plastic containers etc as well as the body lotion, cotton pads, fluffy towels! Would stay again.

Our group of 3 stayed in this condo and could not have been more comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including 3 types of coffee makers, the fireplace with gear drying rack, comfortable living room seating, 2 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, convenient porch access, plenty of storage space, ski lockers, ample parking, speedy wifi ... would absolutely stay here the next time we're in Fernie. I like this place a lot. It's a great condo within a few minutes walk from the ski resort. We have stayed here twice already, and we would come back again. The owners are really nice people. My suggestion to Tilly was to do an upgrade to the beds/mattresses, they are too soft. Netflix would be a great asset as well.

The condo was warm and inviting especially after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed being only a 10 minute walk to the lift with the ability to ski part way back. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the fireplace with a well designed warming rack. Our host provided excellent instructions and communication.

Week-long stay at Fernie

Our group of four stayed at the condo for seven nights. It is within a short walking distance to the lifts. The apartment was well stocked and we were able to cook dinners every day. We did not get a chance to meet Tilly in person, however she was helpful and responsive via messages. Definitely recommended.

Nice condo

This is a beautiful condo in a reasonably good location. The doors, door frames, and fireplace hearth were made of beautiful wood, as were the slat blinds. The drying rack over the fireplace was a nice touch. The laundry room was easily accessible and not busy. On the other hand, the available space for drying ski clothing and equipment was minimal. Also, the cleaning personnel could run a vacuum cleaner under the beds and couch more thoroughly.

Awesome place on the hill

This place is great. It's very spacious, with two very large bedrooms, and an open kitchen/dining/living room area. The place is very well organized and is extremely well stocked with all sorts of pots and pans, and cooking accessories. Tilly was super helpful and very responsive leading up to our trip. Lastly, you can park directly by the back door which means you can load and unload directly into your vehicle that is 25 feet away as opposed to having to leave through the hallway and main door of the building. We always have a lot of stuff so this was a big bonus. Definitely will be back. A great place for a family or two couples.

Nice place

Our family of three enjoyed our time in this rental. It is a bit dated, but very clean. Feels like typical ski resort rental. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking your own meals; could use some larger glassware. There is lots of space for everyone (the two bathrooms are a big bonus). It can be a challenge to find a parking spot, especially in the evening if you're returning from town. The host was incredibly responsive. We would return! Thank you for letting us rent your space.

Girls Trip 2022

We really enjoyed staying in a condo rather than a hotel this trip. It was great to have the kitchen and living room. I would suggest the mattresses be replaced soon. A shower mat in the bathtub would be nice as well to prevent slipping. There was only one garbage bag in the kitchen. Extras would have been a bonus. Otherwise everything was great.

The property was as advertised - that said cold temps shut down hot tub activity which was a letdown. One sauna was working marginally to get up to temp. So the condo managers could work on these features to deliver a better guest experience. Otherwise very happy.

We started skiing at Fernie in the late 70's when it had only a few t-bars. We kept coming back and got to love the Fernie area and all there is to do both summer and winter.

We also like the little shops and restaurants in town with their unique character.

This condo is our happy place in the mountains! It is a great getaway and a fantastic place to spend time with kids, grand-kids and friends.

Fernie Alpine Resort is one of the top ski destinations in Canada. Fernie also has world class fly fishing on the Elk River, fantastic mountain biking trails, a wide variety of hiking trails, excellent golf course and so much more!

Fernie is a friendly mountain town with a down-home welcome feel.
