Set in a lawned garden bordered by trees and hedges, this tasteful traditional Mallorcan villa is situated in the quiet residential area of La Font, just 2 km from Pollensa with restaurants, shops, 1 km to the Lidl and Erosky supermarkets. The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are only 4 km away.

Fully renovated in 2013, Villa Julia offers maximum comfort and match the original classic style home with modern and functional elements such as bathrooms and kitchen. The large size of the pool and garden of native vegetation play an important role in the whole property. The 3 bedrooms have latex mattresses, the soft furnishings are tasteful and comfortable.
