Spacious and airy, Villa Can Martin is a fabulous detached holiday home perfectly located within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa. Provided with a generously sized private pool, extensive gardens and panoramic views, this villa offers a truly privileged location and all the amenities able to turn a holiday into a memorable experience. With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and welcoming interiors, Villa Can Martin can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.



The entrance door opens into the cozy living and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in a dedicated utility area) with adjoining dining area has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area and terrace (furnished for al-fresco dining). A couple of stairs lead from the living room to a spacious twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and airconditioning. The master double bedroom suite (air-conditioned) with dresser is also on this level and has an en suite full bathroom which , thanks to double doors, can also be accessed from the hallway.



A staircase from the living room takes you to the first floor and a second comfy living area. Also on the first floor there is the third bedroom (twin, air-conditioned) with fitted wardrobes and direct access to a fabulous sun terrace providing extensive views over the pool area. There is also a family shower room on the upper floor. The villa has been carefully renovated retaining many of its original features, providing a traditional yet sophisticated atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.



Outside, the spacious gardens offer a playground for children, a barbecue, an L-shaped private pool with outdoor shower and table tennis. The terraces invite the guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. This is the ideal location to relax in privacy, or to enjoy outdoor dining, miles away from stress and daily routine. Yet, with amazing sandy beaches just a few minutes' drive away!

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

Pollenca villa

High quality traditional property in excellent location close to Pollenca. Spacious, well equipped with excellent good sized pool. Good quality aircon in comfortable bedrooms. Had a superb family stay. The Sealand villa were first class throughout. Not something relating to the villa but shame there isn’t a path to walk into Pollenca which is only 1k away.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr weitläufig. Die Unterkunft bietet viel mit dem Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Außenküche. Generell war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und man hatte genug Handtücher zur Verfügung. Die Spülmaschine reinigt leider das Geschirr nicht mehr gut, sodass manche Teller dreckig waren, als wir ankamen. Sonst war alles super! Man benötigt am besten ein Auto.

Nice place !

Nice spacious villa in convenient location : not too far from anywhere but away from crowded areas. Lovely big pool, secure, good facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed the freedom. Couple of good supermarkets within 5 mins drive and very close to excellent beaches. We had asssumed we could wall into Pollenca, but although it’s not far it wouldn’t be a safe walk as no footpath, but it was fine to drive, On our visit, no one had checked the crockery and utensils so most were very dirty - not a massive issue but should be immaculate ( like the rest of the villa) for the price.

This is an amazing villa to stay in for a small group

This is an amazing villa to stay in for a small group. Beautiful and large pool, sun loungers, pool toys and a table tennis table made our stay above our expectations. The host is a company but that isn’t a bad thing as check in was easy and someone responded to the phone number for help even though it was out of hours. Everything about the place and the rules are easy to understand and it is a very easy home to live in. It was perfect for us as we did not require much assistance but we knew we could call them if we needed to. Very close to Pollença and a cheap and easy to navigate bus ride into Alcúdiaport du pollenca. I would definitely recommend hiring a car however! Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely consider coming back to this lovely villa.The hosts went above and beyond even offering to post out a dress that my friend left at the villa.Would give more stars if I could

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Finca! Bei Problemen haben sie uns super schnell geholfen und waren sehr engagiert. Die Küche könnte in einen besseren Zustand gebracht werden. Einiges ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war dreckig und musste vor dem Gebrauch gespült werden. Aber dennoch war alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag benötigt! Wir würden sie nochmal buchen!

Villa clean and very nice. Pool and garden beautiful. No name sign on the property. We arrived in the dark and eventually found the property with the help of the local police. Even they struggled. We got in at 2.30 am . Everyone took a couple of days to recover. Spoilt the holiday. I think that some sort of refund is applicable. I have pics of the front of the property.

Lovely villa close to Pollensa

Really nice villa, well presented and spacious accommodation and very nice outside areas and an unusually large pool. Two main areas of fault were that the kitchen is not really set up for cooking more than basic meals. There are not enough pots, pans, dishes or utensils. Also whilst the villa is close to Pollensa, it is on a narrow and dangerous road. We walked it once, but would not do so with children.

Schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen toller Pool Küche hat alles was man benötigt Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt Schwer zu finden, da keine Hausnummer Außenbeleuchtung nicht selbst schaltbar, ist nur über vorprogrammierte Zeitschaltuhr an der Eigentümer ist zwar sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit, war jedoch jeden Tag in der Finca. Etwas mehr Privatspähre wäre schön gewesen. Straße laut wenn man auf Ruhe Wert legt

Ideal para familias con niños pequeños.

La ubicación de la villa es excelente, así como el exterior de la misma, con un extenso jardín y una zona de piscina separada parcialmente (importante si se va con niños pequeños). La casa es cómoda y muy amplia, aunque con accesibilidad algo limitada en algunas zonas (escalones o escaleras algo complicadas). La cocina cómoda y con una zona de office para comer/desayunar muy cómoda y amplia. Buena luz y ventilación. El porche es fantástico para disfrutar fuera de la casa, así como la zona de picnic o la de barbacoa. La casita de juguete para los niños un Plus. En general una fantástica opción para ir de vacaciones en familia. La piscina de muy buen tamaño y limpia (lástima no ser la mejor época para bañarse). La lavadora es muy nueva y hay tendedero (fijo y portátil) así como pinzas suficientes. La orientación de la casa y la piscina es fantástica. Para reservas fuera de temporada alta la casa es algo fría, no se pueden usar ni la calefacción ni la chimenea, por lo que solo se pueden calentar las habitaciones con la bomba de calor y las áreas comunes son frías y pueden resultar incómodas. A pesar de contar con puntos de luz suficientes la iluminación es bastante oscura (lo que podría arreglarse fácilmente con unas bombillas de led más potentes y de larga duración). Los días nublados o de lluvia el interior es algo lúgubre y frío. El equipamiento de la cocina es un poco limitado para 6 personas (ollas o sartenes pequeñas, falta de algunos utensilios de cocina). Nos montaron una cuna pero no tenía sábanas, tampoco había a la vista mantelería, aunque encontramos algunos manteles en un baúl (que olía a cerrado). Echamos en falta alguna manguera para limpiar el exterior.
