Beachside Villa has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. You will find a large living room with large sofas and modern tv. There is a spacious kitchen built in 2017 and a fantastic outdoor pool area complete with sun loungers and two dining areas, both for 6 guests. Beachside Villa is situated in Urbanisation Famara, beside the 6 km long Famara surf beach. This is a fantastic and very private villa for large families or groups of friends. It´s a real home away from home, with everything we think you need for your holiday.

Great house, great location, great host

We wanted to be at an empty, wild beach for walks and relaxation and our daughters wanted proper surf lessons. Famara is the perfect place, offering exactly that with basic amenities away from the typical Canary island tourists. A good vibe and many young, sporty people. The house is part of a well managed development just outside of the original village with views and the sound of the ocean. It is very tasteful inside and has everything you would need for a holiday. Annelie, the host is super helpful, friendly and professional and will respond to any query you might have immediately. We had a wonderful time and will certainly return. In practical terms, like almost anywhere on the island you definitely do need a car.

Beachside villa

We spent one week at the cozy but at the same time luxury Beachside Villa in this fantastic and welcoming little village Famara. The house has everything you could ever ask for, a fully equipped kitchen, a lot of space for socializing, a large pool and a fantastic view over the ocean. We rented surfboards in the surf shop right beside the store in the village. If you’re not already a surfer you have to give it a try when in Famara. You have the waves just 1 min walk away from the house. This house is perfect to visit if you want to relax and have some privacy but at the same time be active, go out for a hike, surf or take a walk on the beach as the sun rises.

Nice place for a vacation

It was easy to find, spacious, comfortable and had enough kitchen equipment for us to cook in twice as a party of six. The bedrooms were nice and well separated. The location was close to several of the interesting spots on the island.

Surf-cation!

What a place! We had such a great week at the beach in Famara, the surrounding villages and at the villa. Relaxing by the pool with a glass of Malvasia Volcanica while watching the sun paint the mountains red and smelling the lobster at the barbecue is quite a way to end a day surfing at the beach! Vacationing at this place is like living in a Slim Aarons photograph.

Secluded luxury by the beach

We arrived the day before Christmas and were pleased to find a very well equipped kitchen as well as a barbeque. The three spaciuos bedrooms, each with their own on suite bathroom was neatly furnished and and comfortable. However, the most amazing feature of this villa has to be the pool area. Large enough to entertain in several differnet seating areas it offers views of both the ocean as well as the mountains surrounding Famara. Thanks to it´s configuration it offers a secluded feeling even though the villa is situated more or less in the middle of the village and but a stones throw from the beach. In short, everything from treatment from the owners letting it, to the cleanliness of the rooms to the views and the island itself was great! Can´t wait to come back!

A lovely villa!

I went to Beachside Villa with my husband and some friends in August-September 2015. No matter what direction you look at in the surrounding it is beautiful. The location is great! Mountains that takes your breath away, the lovely beach and the sea. It’s a lovely and spacious house with nicely decorated rooms, all with en suite. It’s a joy to cook in the kitchen because it is modern, functional and fresh. On lazy days you can dive into the pool. It is a perfect size for have a swim in and cools you down on a hot day. The sun is shining in Lanzarote, so we appreciated that the villa had many different sitting areas to choose between. Even though this villa is a part of a little village, with quit a few houses, it is a very calm and quiet area. It feels so genuine and there are not too many tourists. In the morning you can walk to the nearest shop, just a few blocks away, to buy fresh baked bread. We appreciated that we had a great view from the house, but neighbours and people passing by, did not have any insight at all. We will definitely come back!

Stay at Beachside Villa

We stayed at Beachside Villa for 4 nights November 2015. The villa was superb immaculately clean, furniture and fittings inside and out were of a very high standard. Absolutely everything you would need is provided. The pool and patio area is very private. The location is the best on Lanzorate, Famara is beautiful . Our first visit to Lanzarote we were very fortunate to stay at Beachside Villa and would without reservation recommend to all, stay here. Sam & Lorraine J.

Stay at Beachside Villa

My wife and myself stayed at this lovely villa in November 2015, for 4 nights which was much too short. The villa was excellent, spotlessly clean, very well equipped with absolutely everything you would need for your stay. The furniture and fittings were of a very high standard both inside and outside. Most importantly the pool and patio areas were very secluded and private. It was our first visit to Lanzorate and we found the villa location was perfect, we had a hire car and it was easy to travel to any and all parts of the island. Having done so on one day we would say the Famara area is the most beautiful on the island. We would highly recommend Beachside Viila and we would hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Lovely place. Very nicely kitted out with good and attractive furniture, well stocked kitchen, good outdoor furniture, great pool and the outdoor space is very nice. The Italian restaurant on-site is very good. The area is not touristy at all, very quiet and pleasant but we found a couple of very nice restaurants not very far away. Two complaints: there is no way of cooling down at night and we have informed the owners (lovely people) that electric fans or something are needed and the other thing (which I forgot to tell them) is that the beds are uncomfortable and don't match the standard of the rest of the place. We recommend this place highly and would definitely go again.

Everything lived up to our expectations and more. The villa is in a wonderful position, with outstanding views. The property was clean, well maintained and clearly loved by the owners! We cannot recommend too highly our stay here. Famara is a very interesting town with good restaurants and very unspoilt. There are good coastal walks with outstanding scenery. We will return!

Beachside Famara

Lovely modernised villa with benefit of 3 bathrooms and excellently equipped kitchen so perfect for self catering. Really quiet setting and views of fabulous Famara Beach and spectacular cliffs. Well laid out terrace garden areas and own pool. Good quality fittings throughout. Famara is not at all touristy so may well appeal to those who do not consider Lanzarote due to over touristy areas. Easy car hire from the airport, plenty of local supermarkets, small but dig out the prawns and octopus from the freezers. A few excellent restaurants and endless beach walks. Extremely helpful owners overall would definitely recommend. No pool fencing so one for adults as the beach is challenging wave wise as well. Plenty of seating on good quality outdoor furniture and cosy spacious indoors. Have a great stay!

Visit this lovely beachvilla!

We stayed 10 days in this fantastic beachvilla and we would have loved to stay longer. It was 6 of us, but we were never in each others ways since the place is really spacious. It has 3 bedroms, all with bathrooms en suite, and both livingroom, kitchen and outside areas are nice and big. We had no less than 3 diningtables and 3 loungegroups to choose from, plus one sundbed each. Everything is really chic and nice looking. The beach is about 150 m from the house, and it is a great beach for walks, runs and had loads of surfers. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with the ocean and the mountains. It´s a really good place to spend time with eachother in an easy way, whilst preparing food or just hanging out. I can truly recommend this place and I mysself will definitly go back.

Fantastisk strandvilla som har allt man kan önska!

Tillbringade 10 dagar i denna underbara strandvilla och njöt varenda minut! Den ligger 150m från havet med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och med bergen åt andra hållet. På morgonen gick vi raka vägen ner till stranden och promenerade eller tog en löptur före frukost. Under dagen alternerade vi surfing på den härliga Famara Beach med pool-häng och läsning i skuggan på terrassen. Vi var sex personer som bodde tillsammans, och villan är så stor att man aldrig är i vägen för varann. Den har tre sovrum med tillhörande egna badrum. Allt är väldigt välordnat, fräscht och smakfullt. Perfekta stället för en vilsam och härlig vistelse med familjen eller vänner! Kan varmt rekommendera Beachside Villa, hit återkommer man gärna om och om igen.

Underbar strandvilla med fantastiskt poolområde

Beachside Villa är en helt fantastisk semesterbostad, som man aldrig vill lämna!! Det går toppenbra att bo maxantalet 6 gäster där då det är så gott om utrymme både inomhus och utomhus. Huset, de två uteplatserna, möblerna och all utrustning är i superskick. Allt är så fint som det ser ut på bilderna. Också stranden och hela området är magiskt. Gillar du surf eller bara allmänt strandliv kommer du också älska Beachside Villa och Famara. Jag ska tillbaka i september!

The house is very big and features 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big livingroom, stylish kitchen and amazing outdoor spaces with both a solarium, beautiful landscaped gardens, several lounge areas and a big swimming pool. We loved this house both for the location and design. It has been very stylish and tastefully designed with highest possible standard on furniture and equipment. Lovely Beachside

Lovely Beachside

Fabulous Famara

Had yet another amazing time in Famara, my favourite surf beach. The bungalow being right on the beach was a perfect location to walk along the 6k beach and into Caleta de Famara where we ate and drank ice cold beers at Chiringuitos and El Risco, my favourite bars/restaurants. The bungalow is very comfortable and the pool clean. We had a fantastic time and will return again. 5 star all the way....Alison & Martin

My name is Annelie Telford. I own those Villas together with my husband Stefan. We are a couple from Stockholm, Sweden where we live and work, running restaurants.

We have been going on different kinds of surf vacations all over the world, but we kept coming back to Famara, where we bought our first house, Surfside Villa, in August 2011.
We love Famara so much, so we decided to by a second house, Beachside Villa, when we got a chance. We can now bring even more frinds over, and we will be able to offer another villa to our clients and guests, when one is occupied. We hope you will like this one to.

Why they chose this property

This area is perfect for us who like to surf, run, hike, swim and afterwards, take it easy and hang out with eachother or with our family and friends, coocking, drinking, at home or at restaurants and enjoying life together.

I love that the island doesn´t have any snakes or other dangerous animals, and that it´s always summer, the year around, without having to leave Europe!

If you are not into very turistic places, you will love Famara.

What makes this property unique

Surfside Villa is neat, pretty and gorgeus. The bedrooms are so cosy you might not ever want to leave them, but thinking of the view that will struck you when leaving bed, you will reconsider. Here you see, hear and feel the ocean, all the time. It´s amazing.

Beachside Villa is larger, more elegant perhaps, and has many choises when it comes to outdoors groups. You have a very relaxed one by the pool, unless you want to use the sunbeds. You have one dining group in shades and one in sun, plus another chill area in the "solarium" the room protected from wind. We love that all three bathrooms have bathrooms en suite, large kitchen, and having a pool is just great.

Living just by the beach is Amazing in both Villas, and they are extremely well equipped, just like we want them.
