This complex is "Palm Springs Retro" Cool. 1 3/4 bathrooms. It is fully furnished with all that you need. Fully stocked Kitchen and Baths. This second story condo unit overlooks the salt water pool and is in excellent condition. Fresh paint in this restored condo that keeps that Art Deco Palm Springs charm yet feels warm like home. You will be back year after year. I live 10 minutes away and I am here to help ensure you have an enjoyable stay!! 30 day minimum stay.

Good Location

The unit is in a vibrant area of Scottsdale. Easy walking distance to many attractions (e.g. Spring Training baseball). Older building with the usual older building plumbing and such. Rent here if you want to have a great time in Old Scottsdale.
