Spacious and quiet apartment, fully renovated in 2020, in the very centre of town with a capacity of six persons. All amenities can be found just a stone's throw away. In the apartment, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, brand new bathrooms, and wireless Internet. Bed sheets and towels are provided, as is a bottle of red wine to enjoy while you settle in. All bedsheets and towels are professionally dry cleaned prior to your arrival.
The access to the property is through a quiet commercial pedestrian area, or through the garage if you arrive by car. There is a private parking bay at your disposal close to the elevator. In the surroundings, there are many supermarkets and late night stores, as well as an array of bars, cafés and restaurants. The beach is only 200 meters away, and the pleasure harbour 500 meters. Around the corner, you will find a bus station and taxi stand, and the train station just the next block away.

Upon arrival you will be requested to complete the guest check-in procedure which is a legal requirement in Spain. Location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the station so easy transfers to the airport.

Excellent location near beach, train station, bus station, supermarket, restaurants etc.. Stefan is a very responsive host, he handled our issues quickly. The apartment is large and clean. Dining areas for 6 in and outside apartment. Lots of amenities. We easily travelled to Tangier, Malaga, Tormellinos. Would highly recommend.
Stefan the host is very efficient and very courteous. He makes sure your stay has no problems even though you are likely to have none. The apartment is spotlessly clean with everything you need. It is also very spacious.
The free parking was great if you need to take a car.
The area has bars and cafes on its doorstep and nothing is too far to walk too.

We enjoyed our holiday a lot in this spacious and well equipped flat. All the given information and photos about the flat were truhtfully presented. The settling down to the flat happened wery smoothly, thanks to Stefan and his collegues. Our group included two adults and two teenagers (almost adults too). We all appreciated the short walk to the beach and good restaurants, short walk to the supermarket and train station, good kitchen environment to make our own breakfest and possibility to use the pool easily.
Allt var toppen förutom att vi gärna velat få information i annonsen om att den befintliga poolen tillhörde det hotell som låg i anslutning och att vi skulle dela denna pool på ca 5*10 meter med alla deras gäster.
För oss hade det betydelse eftersom vi sökte kust boende som hade pool.
Everything with this vacation was great! The appartment was perfect! It was situated so close to everything. It was clean and the close contact and service with the Owner whenever you needed was 10/10. Great with the three bedrooms and the best with the two barhrooms. Enjoyed the stay very much! Fantastic Apartment!!
My family and I chose this apartment after being badly let down by the owner of the one we originally booked. There are four of us, 2 adults and our 2 daughters, so we needed a decent sized apartment with separate rooms for girls, this criteria was met as the apartment is very spacious and has three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms The apartment had everything we needed and has been kept to a very high standard. The location was perfect for us as everything, trains, buses, shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach, is within easy walking distance.
The owner Stefan cannot be faulted either, from start to finish he made sure our stay was as simple and straight forward as possible, communication was fantastic and he even arranged for us to be met at the train station and shown to and around the apartment.
I could go on forever about how much we enjoyed ourselves and how great Fuengirola is but I will stop here and just say "go and see for yourselves you will not be disappointed!!"
We are already talking about going back next year.

Well equipped flat with good location.
I have travelled a lot around the world and have seen many kind of places to stay. Stefan's flat was one of the best. We, three retired brothers, had place enough for privacy and spending time together. Two bathrooms were very practical. Flat was very clean, quiet and cosy.
Co-operation with Stefan worked very well.

Dejlig stor lejlighed med central beliggenhed. Altanen var lille og havde kun få timers morgensol.
Ferieboligen levede stort set op til beskrivelsen og kontakten til udlejeren var meget god, da der blev svaret i løbet af meget kort tid. Og der var meget fleksibilitet i forhold til vores ankomst. For at give 5 stjerner ville det have været skønt med en solvendt altan, hvor vi alle 6 kunne sidde.

Lovely appartment
We have just stayed here, 4 of us for 7 nights.
The appartment is really nicely decorated, it's spacious, has 2 nice bathrooms and 3 nice good sized bedrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with easy to use appliances. The location is very central, 5 minutes to bars and restaurants on fish alley. It's also a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The pool is great too.
The property owner Stefan and his property manager Dominque have provided an excellent service from booking to meeting us at the train station.
The only downside to this appartment for us was that it didn't get much sun on the balcony, however this would not stop us staying here again.
Highly recommended appartment.

Ideal location, big apartment more than suitable for 6 grown men!
I'd recommend this apartment to anybody going to Fuengirola. The apartment was spacious, in a perfect location and ideal for a group of 6 men. Close to everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Will definitely be booking again next year!!

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir haben zu sechst (Grosseltern, Eltern, 2 Kinder) einige Tage über Silvester in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht.
Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, Bahnhof, Strand und Rathausplatz sind jeweils in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Anreise war problemlos, wir wurden direkt am Bahnhof "in Empfang" genommen und zur Wohnung begleitet.
Die Wohnung selber war ideal für unsere Gruppe, da die Großeltern Ihren eigenen abgeschlossenen Bereich mit Schlaf- und Badezimmer hatten. Die Küche enthält alle notwendigen Geräte inklusive eines kleinen Geschirrspülers.
Der Balkon ist sehr groß, leider war es aber während unseres Aufenthaltes zu kalt um sich dort länger aufzuhalten.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung wählen, vielen Dank an Stefan und Dominique für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Having spent literally thousands of hotel nights in my previous career as supply chain expert and management consultant, I've learned a few things about the hospitality sector. Of Swedish background, I have now lived in Spain since 1994, and since over a decade and a half based in near-by Marbella, where I work as an interior and architectural photographer.
Why they chose this property
I initially bought this property as a weekend beach get-away whilst living in the interior province of Jaen. Fuengirola offers great climate and a fantastic beach, and it's a very manageable town with all the services you need within walking distance.
Eventually, after moving to Marbella I began renting out the apartment for others to enjoy.
What makes this property unique
Fuengirola is located in the very heart of Costa del Sol, with all places of interest within less than half an hour by car. The apartment is also in the very heart of Fuengirola itself, with an array of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants right at its footstep, including the beach which is a mere 200 meters away. Located on the seventh floor within a commercial and residential complex, you enjoy almost total silence once you retire back from the warm, sandy beach or the bustling street life.
