YOU MAY ELECT OPTIONAL HEAT FOR $30 PER DAY ($34.05 WITH TAX) AND/OR USE OF THE BBQ WITH 1 TANK OF PROPANE FOR $57.27 ($65 WITH TAX) WHICH WILL BE BILLED LATER WITH A SPECIAL INVOICE. These rates $29 are for an electronic payment or check. If paid through VRBO or by credit card, the rate is slightly higher due to fees involved.
-All guests must be age 25+ or with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise.
- Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has charging stations for EV's.
-Located in Windsor Hills, our recently updated villa is a short drive away from all of the Orlando attractions.
- We provide the best vacation experience in a home that is completely equipped with every comfort in mind. There are six spacious bedrooms, two Ensuite, along with a game room and sunshine filled pool-spa. The pool area has a wall mounted smart TV and 2 ceiling fans to enhance your outdoor experience.

Perfect location for Disney World vacation

My family and I recently stayed here while visiting Walt Disney World. We were very pleased with the accommodations and extremely happy about the proximity to Disney! The close location made it easy to go back and forth for breaks with the grand children. The pool has LOTS of toys! The kitchen is well equipped for family meals. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Villa - Great for a large family

Just returned to the UK after 13 nights at Orange Blossom Villa. We're a family of 6 with our kids aged 12-17 and this villa was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable - great pool area and awesome games room. Very convenient for the parks. Nice and quiet for relaxing afterwards. We made good use of the grill on a number of the nights - lovely to eat outside by the pool. Thanks Darcy & Leslie - you have a lovely home!

Immaculate convenient stay with game room!

Awesome Place!!

We had a great week at this location!! House was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family!! The owners were great to work with and management was very responsive to any needs we had! Property is perfect, and very close to Disney properties! Would recommend to anyone and would go back for sure!

Great location and property

This property was a great fit for my family ,when we arrived there were a few issues that we encountered which were quickly rectified by contacting the property owner. Darcy personally telephoned me in the morning to discuss the issues and explained that he recently changed management team and was appreciative of our assessment of the property. We then received a phone call from the owner of the management team who stated she would send her personnel to correct the issues. Great communication and attention to our needs by all involved. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Disney area.

Great work trip / family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. Clean, comfortable and well decorated. The folks were great to work with. Stayed for two weeks. The first week I brought some co-workers down for a work function at the Convention Center and the second week our family enjoyed the house pool/spa, community pool and waterslides, Universal, Disney and Old Town. Couldn't have asked for a couple better weeks!

Great house

Good house for two families! A lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. Only one concern, the ice machine didn’t work. We contacted the family but there were not enough time to repair it during our stay. It was a small walk to the pool area, about 10 minutes. Great pool area.

Perfect for large families!

We had a total of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. Between the pool and game room, everyone stayed very busy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house has every amenity imaginable. The location is perfect. We were 5 minutes from the entrance to Disney and 2 minutes from the largest wal mart I've ever seen. We ordered out each night and were pleased with how many fantastic restaurants are within 5 miles. I reccomend Ford's Garage and Rock and Brews. The Hansons were fantastic. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we were prepared for our arrival. Throughout the house are instructions to ensure you know how everything works which was very helpful. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Great home, perfect location to Disney and all the comforts of home

Coming in for a soccer tournament with 3 families we decided to rent a home to hopefully save money and relax a bit. Orange Blossom delivered and then some! Coming in the owners responded to any and all questions that we had, were accommodating with our early morning arrival on Thanksgiving and made sure we had all needed information. The home was fully stocked: pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, towels, bedding, etc. Really the only things we added were the food!! It was great to have everything we needed all right in the home. The home has a great lay out so we all were not on top of each other but could congregate at meal times. Home is perfectly situated to Disney properties so driving was super easy. The overall resort feel of the property was also perfect as we had ages ranging from 12 y/o up to adults nearing 50. The Clubhouse was a great extension for our teens to have some fun as well. Just before coming in we saw the post about parking. The security guards did limit us to 5 cars but the Walmart is less than 5 minute drive and on the path out to the interstate so we were fine and just carpooled. The only issue, which was minor, was that the pool pump wasn't working during our stay. We could use the pool but was a little chilly. Thankfully the property has such a great pool/clubhouse that it didn't impact our fun. Owners immediately refunded our deposit without issue which was so very much appreciated. This is a great home - would rent again in a second! Would love to work again with Owners -- wonderful people who really care about their guests having a great stay. Thanks on behalf of 3 families for a wonderful time!

Parking was awful / Bad Customer service from the Property Manager

I rented this property for a three day stay to attend some seminars and the home was ok but the parking for guest was Awful! My cousin surprised me and wanted to come visit the guys at the gate stopped her and told her she had to park at Wal-Mart and someone would have to come pick her up because we had 3 cars in the over flow. Keep in mind if we rented a 6 bedroom house and six people are staying but drove their car from different parts of the state you had to be register to stay and that's that! Wow! so therefore when my cousin arrived after a long drive from California I don't think she nor I would be to happy to park in Wal-Mart parking lot to have her Infinity towed. So when we called the manager Ian he stated there was nothing he could do. That was the icing on the cake. Just imagine driving a great distance to be told that. I don't think that was professional at all and yes there was something that could be done. Example: Ma am let me see your drivers license the name and address of the person in which you are visiting to verify with the people you are visiting if its ok to visit and if you will park in the overflow parking well see that everything works out well we apologize for any inconvenience. Wow! That would have been the solution. Just a little courtesy.

Beautiful fully stocked home

Beautiful home that is just like the photos. The home was clean and had a small welcome kits that included a few essentials to get us started. It is fully stocked with lots of towels and anything you can think of in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that a section of the screen in the pool enclosure was torn quite badly and bugs were getting in the pool. We requested it be repaired on our first day, unfortunately it still hadn't been repaired when we left. We did end up having the pool cleaned after a few calls to the maintenance company as it was quite cloudy. Once cleaned it was sparkling clean. There is also nice shade due to the trees on the lot. My family and I really enjoyed this home and assuming the pool issues are addressed, we would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a family vacation!

We stayed at Orange Blossom Villa for 8 nights with family and had a great experience. Location was perfect and the property was clean. The kids loved the games room and we were in walking distance to the waterpark, which was a big hit. The pool area was perfect (nice and sunny location and the water was warm). Can't wait to return again next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great! The home was inviting and a good place to relax. We loved the pool! Our family made fun memories there. The staff was very kind. There were some dark brown grains under the sink when we arrived, probably an oversight by housekeeping.We also noticed a few discrepancies between the information we were emailed and the book inside the house.

Amazing House!

We loved everything about this house. The pictures did not really do it justice. The house was beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family. The place was very clean. The master bed was very comfortable. We all loved the pool and the game room. We really appreciated all of the little extras for the baby and kids. The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to all of the parks. We had a couple of small issues, but they were addressed promptly. We would love to stay here again when we come back! Thank you!
