8th floor ocean view allows you see some nice whale watching. The property is great, easy access to restaurants and very nice Grills in the pool area to cook your own meals.. Management was very responsive to anything we needed.

Great views and best part of the beach

Everything was a promised and the property was perfect for us. Its in the middle of everything so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. There's a great little surf break right in front of the property. We enjoyed the view of the ocean, black rocks and spotted whales often. Would go back.

Awesome place & great place to stay, close to everything & manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had .. we had our grandchildren with us & our son had yo bring their own pack and play with them. It would have been nice to have one in the extra bedroom closet & some sand toys for the little ones.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay in this property in Maui. The location was convenient and while we rented a car, we found we could walk to most activities. Even though it was late April, we watched a whale and her calf for an hour one morning outside the bedroom window. The owners were very responsive to minor questions. We plan to return next year.

Great place to stay! The views are incredible from this condo. You can see Molokai and Lanai as well as many whales right from the balcony. The accommodations were nice and almost everything you need is provided. The only complaint is the mattress pad on the bed was plastic and was very hot and made so much noise whenever you moved. Easily resolved by removing it from the bed while we were there. This location definitely has the best beach. The pool is small and got crowded, but not an issue for us as we would rather enjoy the beach. We walked many miles on the beach walk and had fun browsing the many shops which are a very short walk away. We highly recommend this condo!

The condo is gorgeous, views are amazing the property manager is on it!

Absolutely perfect! The only thing is you need to look for the laundry room, you’ll miss it and not find it unless you walk in the front door and to your right looks like it’s a cut out of the drywall from water issues push it it’s a full laundry room with boogie boards soap and everything else you need.

Everything is almost perfect and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The one and only complaint are the towels. They are all very musty smelling We couldn't bleach them because they are brown. Getting white towels would solve this problem.

Everything they said in the brochure was just says it said and better. The owner took care of anything we asked right away. It was clean and wonderful and the view was just unbelievable. We like the resort because it was a little less crowded than the big resorts on either side so it was no problem getting a chair at the pool every day. The beach was right there and it was wonderful

Best Location, Best Place, Best Vacation

This condo was absolutely great. We stayed at the Alii 3 time now, this unit was the absolute best. Everything was top of the line. We couldn't have asked for a better place or location. And the views and sunsets from the unit were just unbelievable. So sad to have to leave. Had a few minor issues, basically we needed a little help learning how to work some things. Angelo always responded immediately to our calls, Darren was there within an hour to show us how to work things and then made sure everything was working for us. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. We will definitely be renting this exact unit again. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Amazing condo!

Our stay at the condo was absolutely amazing. It's up on a high floor so the views are spectacular - the sunset especially; sitting on the patio watching it was something we made sure to do/appreciate every night. The condo itself is set up nicely too. You can cook a nice dinner if that's your thing or you can head out to any of the restaurants that are all around the area. I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again when I come back to Maui and I would absolutely recommend it to anybody as well.

A unique place to appreciate the West shore of Maui

While we had visited the place a long time ago, the fantastic upgrades and unique view location of this property are breathtaking and offer perhaps one of the best place to enjoy the Kaanapali shores. Whether you want to listen to the waves crashing on the beach eight floors below while watching whales breaching within swimming distance of the property, or gazing at the stars while listening to the traditional music of the Luau show next door, the property offers a level of luxury and comfort equal to five star resort while still making you feel at home. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and bars, or a fast drive to Lahaina where choices of activities and stores abound, make this particular location a destination of choice. While one has to drive from and to the airport, the trip is easy and enjoyable, at times following the seashores and offering the beauty of the island along the way. Our 20 something year old daughters loved it and took full advantage of the many activities offered either via the resort's concierge or through the many outlets located nearby. One important detail: You must have a vehicle to take full advantage of what Maui has to offer. Beyond the flexibility of reaching farther away places, it will help you with the grocery shopping and the last minute ideas for a restaurant or an outdoor activity that requires some travel. In summary, we think that our stay was wonderful even with the small appliance problems that were quickly fixed by the owner as soon as they were informed. We highly recommend this particular corner unit above the beach with unobstructed view of the channel and the islands nearby. Enjoy!

Great Condo..some tweaks needed

The location, size, and views from the condo are fantastic. Very comfortable and while the building is a bit older it is well appointed and well kept. When entering the unit it is impressive and a nice size. This unit has amazing potential but just misses mark due to very easily fixed items. Being a bit of a clean freak I felt the unit needed a deep cleaning. Right after checking in I scrubbed the bathroom floor (mold), cleaned the glass tables, and wiped down big smudges from the mirrored wall. Not what I expected to have to do but at least guests behind us will benefit. One of the guest beds had stained sheets but the owner immediately fixed so that was good. The floors looked as if they had a quick sweep but needed a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately the cold water faucet in the guest bath was broken and the repair man came to fix it but rather removed the handle and never returned. The stove top never worked. Luckily we only wanted to cook oatmeal and were able to use the microwave but we had no other option. The master bath outlets did not work...the repairman said this has been an issue several times prior. Couch needs to be replaced. Again, unit has potential of being amazing but at the rate charged it should be in top condition.

Great Place With Great Views!

I have to say if you are looking for a place with a great view this is it!!! 4 adults and one baby stayed for 10 days at the Alli. I will give you a quick overview: We have been to Maui before and wanted a place right on the water due to having a little baby with us. The condo has top notch views, comfy beds, great bathrooms, and a serviceable kitchen. Probley the best feture of this property is the BBQ's by the pool. There are 8 in total with plenty of place to sit and eat with a master chef at night to help out. This is a great way to save on $$ so you don't need to eat out every night. Cons are the condo could use a little love and care. Don't get me wrong it is modern and all but you can see the owner has not put much into it for sometime. (The condo is not cheap so you should expect nothing but the best) Some little things were a minor pain like there was no coffee pot, and we had to switch the breaker off each time before we used the stove top. Again very minor issues. Overall a great place to stay and the staff were very accommodating and nice. If your looking for a place with great views and a very private balcony this is your place.

My dream is to use the profits of our labor to start a non-profit company that will help disadvantaged people around the world, afford medical care. Specifically a program that will send doctors from the US to the third world, to train mid-level healthcare workers to effectively treat the sick. I believe that everyone should have equal access to healthcare, regardless of socioeconomic status.
