I am a painter and sculptor living in Brighton, just a couple of doors from The Artist House.I have owned the house for about 20 years years . It is well appointed, bright and sunny, and filled with art work which will be constantly changing. You will also find information about the history of Kemptown which is an interesting area with a colourful past!

Why they chose this property

I have lived in this area of Brighton for nearly 30 years and I would not live anywhere else. I am on the beach every day with my dog. Everthing you could want is nearby = shops, restaurants, clubs and bars and theatres.

What makes this property unique

The house was built in the 1790's, George St being one of the oldest streets in Brighton, dating back to when it was a small fishing village.
