LUXURY 4 BED VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL NEAR BEACH AND GOLF ☀️

Casa Jacaranda is your perfect holiday villa only 5 min drive from stunning beaches like Praia Verde and Altura. This 4 double bedroom villa has 3,5 bathrooms with pool has an amazing boutique feel with it's outside lounge and dining area with bbq, stylish interior and high quality spec. There are 4 double bedrooms, of which the very spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor with easy acces from the car.The other 3 double bedrooms are upstairs, as well as 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). There is a sofa in the living room that can also be converted to a double bed if needed and there is a travel cod for a toddler , as well as 2 high baby chairs, and 2 high chairs for toddlers. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with american fridge, wine fridge, a tap with boiling water , steam oven, oven, micro wave etc and much more. There is a lot of high standard table ware, glasses, cutler, pots and pans. Outside you will find an outdoor kitchen with bbq, a big shady outside dining area and lounge area, all set in a lush garden. The 8x4 pool is set on a lower level, which can be closed down with gates, so very safe for small children. There are sun loungers at the pool. The house is modern and light, but very cosy. Every room has an AC unit, but the house is naturally cool in summer. In front of the living room there is a small terrace where you can sit and overlook the pool area and it has a nice view over the Portuguese hills. The house is set in a very quiet estate with about 200 villas, this estate is set in a beautiful nature reserve, great for hiking. Various beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are only 5 minutes drive from the house. Also only 5 minutes away from the famous 27 hole golf course Castro marim and it's 18 hole neighbor Quinta do Vale. Another 6 course very near!!!

Great house with high standard

We were 6 adults and 2 kids in the house for 1 week, it was a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable and well equipped - also with bed and chairs for small kids. The kids loved the swimming pool! You need to have a car, but the distance is short to the beach. We love the area, and go often to this side of the Algarve.

The vilas is spacious, well equipped and on our arrival was spotlessly clean. It offers contemporary accommodation with beautiful bathrooms, high quality furnishings and is possibly the best equipped villa that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen has a plethora of appliances and gadgets, certainly more than we have at home, my children particularly liked the electric juicer! The pool and outside areas are good and we really liked the garden dining area, covered seating and BBQ. The surrounding villages offer supermarkets and a mix of restaurants. You definitely need to hire a car to make the most of your stay.

Although the house is great, spacious and very well equiped, we were disapointed that the reality was not the same as the pictures in the website. The sofa was not spacious as the picture and also the gate to acess to the swimmimg pool was not there as well. This was a issue for us because of our pet.

Muitas falhas, não corresponde de todo ao valor cobrado.muita coisa estragada, roupeiros sem porta ou sem dar para abrir a porta, janelas estragadas e sem dar para trancar, imensa roupa partida, mau cheiro de divisões, desarrumação. parece que fomos para casa de amigos que deixaram a casa conforme estava, com os seus pertences.roupa de cama inadequada, apenas lençol de baixo e por cima capa de edredon que nem tapava toda a cama.ralos de todas as banheiras entupidos com cabelos, despensa com ligação à cozinha completamente dessarumada e com mau cheiro. espreguicadeiras partidas tapadas com almofadas, rede de cobertura de gradeamento de piscina toda rota e descuidada, apenas 2 comandos de ac a funcionar para toda a casa e mesmo assim so depois de trocar as pilhas, tratando se de uma casa com 4 quartos.uma das cadeiras da mesa de sala de jantar tb partida com uma almofada em cima.almofadas de cama muito fracas tambem.numa das camas com estrutura de dossel a mesma estava quase a cair.experiencia a não repetir. valor claramente muito acima da casa ao dispor.

Casa bastante agradável no geral, bem situada, perto de praias e localidades à distância de uma curta viagem de carro. Não usufruímos da piscina. Apesar dos dias bem quentes, a água fria não convida. A wc da suite tinha a luz fundida e a limpeza da box de duche deixava a desejar. Resolvemos nós.

It was a nice week!

A casa é muito espaçosa, clean e tem tudo o que se pode querer numas férias descansadas. A localização mais para o interior permite paz, num bairro muito sossegado. Na nossa estadia apenas falou a gestora do alojamento, ao contrário da dona da casa que foi muito disponivel sempre. A senhora que gere a casa, D. Dina nunca se preocupou em saber se a estadia estava a correr bem, se era preciso alguma coisa e ainda foi condescendente quando lhe disse que um dos portões nao abria e perguntou me como não via que era so levantar e abrir. Não costumo tentar abrir portas trancadas. No dia da saida veio, fiscalizar como tinha ficado a casa depois da estadia, de uma forma desconfiada e algo desagradável. Talvez por sermos turistas portugueses ! Enfim...a dona do alojamento é impecável e super disponível e a casa é muito boa para estadias em familia.

We are a Dutch family of 4 with 2 young boys. We love our holiday home and always work hard to keep it up to our high standards. We love cooking, lounging, spending quality time with each other and friends. We love the region for it's amazing beaches, purity and authenticity.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Eastern Algarve because of several reasons; the stretchy white beaches, the climate, it's purity and authenticity. And: Spain on your doorstep for diversity. This region has so much to offer; the Guadiana river, countless villages on both sides of the border, great cuisine, fantastic golf courses, stunning beaches. All for very affordable prices, everything is still so cheap here. We love this region, it is never dull, and the weather never let's you down either.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this house for several reasons; it's light and open plan features inside, the view, the great beaches nearby and Spain at your doorstep. We love cooking so the kitchen is very spacious and has the best appliances. The house is special because its got several places around the house to relax, read a book, chill out. The pool works with natural chloride (salt water), great for skin and little kids. This house ticks all the boxes, it is light, spacious yet cozy and comfortable. You'll love it too.
