This magnificent Penthouse duplex apartment is up to 4 people and it is located on the second floor and third floor. The Apartment is situated just 50 meters walking distance from the cathedral of Seville, Constitution Avenue and the most important monuments of the city. The self contained Duplex Apartment has two floors with a inside stairs, on the upper floor you have Bedroom, Bathroom and Private Terrace, and on the lower floor you have Lounge and Bathroom. With 3 balconies, to one of the famous streets in the city.

CHECK-IN:
On arrival, owner will meet travellers, handle keys, and explain how everything works, as well as general overview of local amenities, places to visit, shopping areas, and other useful recommendations.We are aiming to offer the best value and service possible. We want our guests to have such an enjoyable stay that they will not hesitate to return to us again in the future!

At check in we require a 150€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT that can either be put up in cash or held on file together with your credit card details and returned to you at check out.

Change of the sheets and towels every 4th day and if you stay more than 7 nights we include 1 FREE cleaning time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Booking deposit fee (first payment) is never refundable. A voucher for future booking could be made under company criterion.
when cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival 100% of booking fee will be charged.
when cancellation occurs within 60 and 31 days before arrival 50% of booking fee will be charged.
when cancellation occurs within 90 and 61 days before arrival 30% of booking fee will be charged.
In all other cases booking deposit fee is never refundable.

Excellent location!
We loved the location of this apartment! Very close to the Seville Cathedral and many shops and restaurants. It was clean and had lovely balconies overlooking the quaint street below. Highly recommend!

Fast PERFEKT
Vielleicht sollte erwähnt werden, dass eine wirklich steile Treppe (3 oder 4 Etagen) zu erklimmen ist. Steil und eng. Für uns kein Problem, aber ... Wunderbare Dachterrasse, die jedoch bis in ca. 2 m Höhe hochgemauert ist. Also Aussicht gleich NULL (es sei denn man stellt sich auf einen Stuhl). Hm. Ok, mitten in der Stadt, was unendliche viele Vorteile hat. Aber an dieser Stelle auch sehr laut. Ein ständiges Brausen von der etwas entfernteren Straße und eine permanente Stimmenkulisse der 1000 Mensch, die sich täglich durch die Altstadt wälzen. Wie gesagt, viele Vorteile. Aber halt auch viele Nachteile und jeder sollte seine Präferenzen vorher genau checken.

perfect location
Stayed for a few nights in July 2017. As you can see in the photo, the apartment is small but comfortable enough. The main plus point is the location, just a minute or two from the cathedral and restaurants but also a quietish street.

Spartan comfort
The main attribute of this appartment is its great location. If you don't mind 37 steps to get to the appartment and another 18 to reach the bedroom, you might be ok. Comfort is minimal.
