About this property

This apartment is located on the first floor in a car free street close to the famous Jewish quarter Barrio Santa Cruz, and Alfalfa (about 5 minutes walk). It is also close to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops. banks and buses. There are two small balconies. Public garage about 7 minutes walk. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and living room with a sofa bed (130cm), and a dining table for four persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with shower.
Please notice that I collect a 100€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT in cash on arrival that will be returned after your stay if the apartment is left in good condition and nothing broken.

Haven

Our host, Maria, met us at the apartment - we walked from Santa Justa train station, very do-able. She provided some useful practical advice, as well as gave us an excellent map to use. The apt itself is located on the fringe of the historic Santa Cruz area, close to public transport, restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets. The apt suited our needs as we'd been staying in hostals & we were in need of space/privacy. Separate bedroom with ensuite (shower only), comfortable bed. Ample crockery/utensils in kitchen; washing machine provided; full-size fridge & 4 element induction stove top & oven. Air-conditioners in lounge & bedroom for the hot/humid days - I would've preferred a fan as I often found the a/c to get too cold. We also slept with the windows open for fresh air & unwelcome mosquitoes were a nuisance. And because the apt is located in a 'social' area, street noise was quite apparent & late night/early morning revellers did disturb (a comment, not a criticism). Security appears to be a big issue - 3 keys required & we often found that other residents in the building did not lock the doors as they were supposed to! We found the apt to be conveniently located as we're happy to walk. All in all, a comfortable stay in Sevilla...a haven for us. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Ideal Location

We stayed for just over a month in January / February. This was a great little flat for visiting Seville being within easy walking distance of all the main areas for sightseeing with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets etc. The bed / sofabed were very comfortable with the kitchen being fairly well equipped for our stay. Maria was very attentive and looked to ensure she was available. There was some external noise, although fortunately we are slightly deaf. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Seville.

Very nice trip

The Trip was very nice. You can quickly reach your destination on foot. The Appartement was clean and Perfect for 2 people. Is highly recommended. We are there at the beginning of january and found that the floor in the appartment was very cold. Unfortunately we didn‘t have any slippers with us. Please don‘t forget these
