The cottage is in a most convenient position, located at the end of a quite no through rd off the high street, there is little need to move your car with everything on your doorstep, Summerleaze beach, the lovely sea pool, the breakwater and whale rock, Bude canal, shops and restaurants, golf, fishing, coast path, tennis, riding, rowing boat hire, and surf hire shops. There are also plenty of attractions a short drive away, north to the stunning beaches of Sandymouth (which can be walked to along the beach from Bude if timed well! ) and Duck pool, the isolated feeling Hartland peninsula and on to Clovelly. South to picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle, Crackington haven, and Port Isaac. Along with many attractions and fun days out. There is parking for one car in front of the property. At the back there is a small yard that has shared access with joining properties. Dogs are allowed and Bude is very dog friendly with even some cafes and restaurants allowing them in.
