An Upscale, West Indies decor vacation paradise: 'TOES IN THE~~WATER~~.' This sunny and light-filled corner unit features three spacious bedrooms with THREE KING beds and three private baths, no tiny bunk rooms. The expansive windows face both the Gulf of Mexico and western exposure to showcase gorgeous sunsets and miles and miles of beachfront views.

This unit is on the *16TH* floor in the WEST tower (TOWER 2) which is BEACH FRONT - DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH (not across Front Beach Road) and is on the WEST OUTSIDE CORNER (looking at open beach and no other buildings). THE BEST LOCATION AT CALYPSO! We love this unit because of the fabulous panoramic unobstructed beach and ocean views with magnificent sunsets! - directly on the Gulf, miles of beaches, sunsets, the new pier, Pier Park, and even the Frank Brown ball fields. There is no pool, or street noise.... Very quiet! Best of all -- you don't have to deal with those pesky flying insects!

Quality appointments throughout including granite countertops in the kitchen, wet bar, and all bathrooms. There's a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Recent upgrades for this season include new paint throughout, Stainless Steel Appliances in the kitchen, new area rugs, BRAND NEW ELECTRONICS: 55" 4K TV'with HDMI in Living Room w/ Netflix, YouTube, 43" 1080P Vizio smart tv in Master, 32" Vizio Smart TV with HDMI in the front bedroom and FREE WI-FI in all rooms. Streaming apps available on all TVs! We have also added balcony furniture which features six heavy-duty, Polywood balcony height chairs, and tables - this allows you to see over the balcony railing for even more spectacular views. The dining area comfortably seats five with five bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The Primary bedroom suite features a king-size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, television, large bathroom with walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub, separate shower, and private water closet.

Bedroom #2 (almost a second master) features a King bed, wonderful Western exposure/ocean views, television, and connecting private bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a King bed, television, and another connecting, full private bath with tub/shower.

There is also a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

This Caribbean-influenced resort is in the family-friendly west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a tropical beverage from the resort's Tiki bar surrounded by the two Gulf front, lagoon style pools with tropical landscaping.

Park your car - NO NEED TO DRIVE ANYWHERE with Pier Park across the street - the ultimate dining, shopping, entertainment complex including Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Pompano Joes, Dicks Last Resort, Chipotle, Pannera Bread, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Buffalo Wild Wings or Dave and Busters (for all the games!), Five Guys, Red Bricks Pizza, Starbucks, ice cream, pies, candy, and smoothies - a 16 screen theater complex, Laser Tag, the SkyWheel and Sky Trail, Target, Walmart, Dillards, Ann Taylor Loft, Chicos, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Old Navy, Forever 21, Fusion Day Spa, Massage Envy, cute boutiques and much, much more! We're also a five-minute walk to Swampy Jacks Bongo Adventures and AAron Bessant Park (check out their concert series all within a five-minute walk!) with car shows, sports fields, and walking trails. We are a five minute drive or shuttle to to Frank Brown Park for all the sports tournaments and concerts! Enjoy fireworks from our balcony. There's something for all ages and activities!

We are located next to unspoiled beaches, and beyond that is the Russell Fields City Pier - over 1500 Feet! The longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico - offering breathtaking views and inexpensive fishing tackle rentals. Hook'd restaurant is another favorite for a casual lunch or dinner overlooking the beach - and a two minute walk!

We also provide FREE BEACH SERVICE FOR FOUR GUESTS. That's 2 SETS of lounge chairs, with connecting table, and umbrella - a $560 value! (Avail. 3/1 - 10/31) Reserve your chairs once at the beginning of your vacation, from the nice staff at Aquatic Adventures, located just at the bottom of the steps to the beach. You will have the same chairs every day! (No need to stand in line every day, like at some resorts - it's your vacation, relax!

Sit back and enjoy those fabulous sunsets! We also have stocked the condo with boogie board and sand toys. Note: Beach Service lounge cushions and umbrellas are picked up between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m. Many like to end their beach day up on our balcony with their favorite beverage in hand. It's your vacation - relax your way.

You're renting directly from the owner and avoid long lines to check in after a long travel day. Park your car, go directly to your units and RELAX! We encourage our renters to contact us with any questions or needs to ensure a wonderful, relaxing, stress-free vacation experience. We want this to be one of your best vacations - EVER!

-This is a NO PETS / NON-SMOKING property, no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
-Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian who must stay in the unit with them.
- Parking at Calypso is $50/vehicle (one time fee valid throughout your stay) and is in a gated garage connected by a breezeway on the 3rd floor. We are limited to 2 passes, but if you need 3, please let us know.
- This condo has a maximum occupancy of eight (8) guests per the Fire Marshall.
- There is a video doorbell on the front door of this property. It only captures video outside the residence, but we do reserve the right to count the number of guests staying in the unit.
