This beautiful holiday apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is hot/cold air conditioning in the living area only, as well as refreshing ceiling fans. There is one double bedroom, a tiled marble bathroom, and an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. The sunny balcony is larger than average, south facing, and has pool views; it is an ideal place to dine or soak up the sun. The apartment is fully equipped with all you could need on a holiday.

The apartment is situated in the smart Mediterraneo 2 building on Calle Brasilia, just a 5 minute walk (400m) from the large beach in Roquetas de Mar, Costa de Almeria, Spain. Holiday in sunny Roquetas de Mar, with long hot Summers and one of the mildest and sunniest Winter climates in Europe.

The complex has a secure entrance and a spacious entrance area. The pool area is very private, situated in the centre of the complex, and has grassy areas to sunbathe on, and two pools; a small children's splash pool and a beautiful swimming pool.

Situated on the second floor, the apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all you could need for a holiday. There is a comfortable double bedroom with twin beds and storage space. The living area is open plan, and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and a living area with a comfortable Ikea double sofa bed.

There is a flat screen TV (Spanish digital TV) and a DVD player for your entertainment. The apartment is air conditioned in the living room, and there are also refreshing ceiling fans.

The sliding patio doors lead from the living area onto a private sunny terrace which is equipped with patio furniture and enjoys a sunny South West aspect, with pool views, perfect for sunbathing in private and eating al fresco.

The beach is a 5minute walk, though a pleasant area of Andalusion style houses and tapas bars. The area is a quiet area of Roquetas de Mar; 10 minutes walk along the promenade in either direction will take you to either the marina area, with it's excellent Spanish seafood restaurants, and the more lively Playa Serena area. You will find all the facilities that you need close by; there are plenty of bars, cafes, tapas bars, souvenir shops and small supermarkets, all close to the beach.
There is plenty for all the family to do on a holiday in Roquetas de Mar. The beach runs the length of the town, and is patrolled by lifegaurds in the Summer season. There is a lovely long promenade with plenty of childrens playparks, entertainment and stalls in the Summer, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Roquetas de Mar also has a large shopping centre (7km), an aquarium (5km) and a waterpark (5km).
Further afield, the Cabo de Gata National Park, Mini Hollywood (where a recent episode of Dr. Who was filmed, as well as many classic 1960s cowboy movies) and Almeria city with it's Moorish Castle, make fantastic day trips.
