One bedroom south-facing apartment at Spirit of Mojacar on Mojacar Playa
We consider the main features of our luxury property to be its unusually large size for a 1 bedroom apartment, the large south facing wrap-around terrace and due to its position within the complex there is no apartment above. Spirit of Mojacar is perfectly located just a few minutes from the long, white, sandy beach, with a very wide choice of bars and restaurants (including the numerous Chiringuitos - beach bars).There are numerous supermarkets within easy reach. All of these facilities are on your doorstep. There is no need for a car! Also the buses running along the front are frequent and the bus stops are a 5 minute walk away only!
This area has just been voted the number one place to live in the world for quality of life, by the Telegraph newspaper - this says it all! All the costs are included in the rent (electricity, water, linnen, cleaning, english channels on TV).

Agradable apartamento
El apartamento se corresponde con las fotos. Zona tranquila de Mojácar aunque estaba un poco retirado de la playa. La zona de la piscina muy bien cuidada y respetaba el aforo. Dispone de aparcamiento privado con acceso directo al apartamento. El mobiliario de la terraza no estaba muy limpio ni la funda del sofá cama, pero en general bien.

This wonderful, large 1 bedroom apartment on Mojacar Playa has it all. Close to beach, bars and restaurants situated within a complex with beautiful gardens and swimming pool area.

Why they chose this property
The area has it all - proximity to the sea, not over developed, marvellous mountain areas inland. This area also has the best climate in Europe - mild, balmy winters, perfect Spring and Autumn temperatures and hot summers - and oh! - those summer nights!! The area has recently been voted within the top 20 places in the world to live.

We have a property management company who deal with all the changeovers and Isabelle will be your contact whilst you are in Mojacar. She will deal with any problems you may have and will also be the one to meet you on arrival.
