Front Line Apartment with Sea Views, Fibre Internet, Lift & Communal Pool
High quality accommodation with sea views. The apartment is located on the first line of the beach in the Playa del Diseño area of Mojacar. There are several bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance and it is only 1km from the Commercial Park (the "center" of Mojacar Playa). In the summer there is a small fair for children on the beach in front of the urbanization to enjoy.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin), living/dining room, laundry room and a large terrace to enjoy the afternoons "al fresco". The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for dining and two sun loungers to relax in the sun.
