The detached villa is located in the Branqueira called Villa Pescadinha just 5 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The detached villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With five double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ENTRANCE HALL

LOUNGE

Spacious lounge dining room 25m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 10 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 5 bedrooms in which one is on suite with a queen size bed, another bedroom with queen size bed and three bedrooms with two single beds.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio, Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have queen size beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

10 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PRIVATE PARKING

Private parking outside in property for four cars.

Down payment / Deposit of 30% requested for reservation, the 70% remaining (Final Balance) is paid 30 days before check in.

Refundable 400€ Security deposit required with final balance payment, and if there are no breakages or damage, will be returned to you on the last day of your holidays.

Specific changes to the schedule of Check In / Out are to combine.

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).
