Very nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this condo. The room was ready a little early which was great. We came into a very clean condo and everything went smoothly all week. My only disclaimer would be that our refrigerator had apparently gone out the week before and they had brought in a mini fridge short term I assume, we called the maintenance people and they came out once and said it was definitely broke, but nothing was ever done. We had 6 people staying and the mini fridge just didn’t cut it for a weeks worth of groceries.

Beach Sanctuary

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this Condo complex for 10 years now... This unit is one of our favorites! Watching the sun rise over the Atlantic and Sun set over the Inlet is one of the best parts about this 4th floor rental. Asl always, the units are clean, this unit is nicely updated, though a little low on kitchen basics [ no pizza pan, limited basic tools like knives, etc] There were no really good hot pads for removing things from the oven... If we stay again this year, I will probably just buy some things and leave them there. It is a truly lovely place, the pool was great, the beach was perfect! We are already booked for next year!

Interior floors like new & all furnishings in good shape. We give a rating of 9 out of 10. We would have rated it a 10, except the balcony carpet is falling apart & has big holes in it. It needs replaced.

Also, the filter in the refrigerator needs replaced. I love the addition of keyless entry, it has certainly added convenience over the last few stays.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo right on the beach. Very clean and well-equipped. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved the tile floors although we had to regularly sweep up the sand! A couple of suggestions- the living room couch is a bit tired, and the primary bedroom’s mattress/box spring was loud and uncomfortable. But overall the unit is well-maintained. We would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is greatly updated except the master bed. It was very uncomfortable. Also the condos HOA came in our room while we were gone without calling for a leak. Our teenage daughter was there the first time but then they came back when no one was there and let themselves in. They cut huge hole in the drywall and just left the mess. We tried calling the HOA with no answer and no call back from the voicemail left. We understood it needing to be fixed but if someone would have called we would have made sure we were there. The carpet on the balcony needs replaced and a huge wasp nest in the corner. The pool also wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there.

Overall the experience has been fantastic and Garden City Reality is excellent.The only issues are- The carpet on the deck facing the ocean is ripped and stained, it really needs to be replaced. The furniture all needs a deep clean, there are stains and it doesn't look clean, lastly the couch needs to be replaced, it has no support.overall this condo is excellent

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it wasn't a bad trip, just had a few issues. When we arrived, our check-in time was well after 6 pm which was very frustrating. The beds in the condo are very loud and uncomfortable. There are no rugs anywhere so any sand brought in sticks to your feet unless you sweep the floor daily.

My teenegers loved it - condo is renovated, very clean, comfortable, pool is a very good size, ocean is 60 sec away, and beach is empty and clean. Reviewer Comments: dumpy unit. furniture outdated. carpet,baseboards,walls dirtyneeds..table/chairs deck, working alarmclock,more flatware,glasses, decorating that says...welcome to the beach... enjoy!!the final blow was when the toilet seat broke off. compared to other units that rent for the same price, guests are not getting their moneys worth. the twin beds are child sized...mattress covers on those beds were filthy. and the master mattress is pathetic. had to buy a foam memory pad to improve it...and the letters carved in the bathroom wallpaper are "classy".

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although it was not a great weather week, we were very pleased with our stay at Waterforde 403. It is a nicely updated unit that was very comfortable for our family of four. Our only recommendations are: needs TV in second bedroom (we brought one for the week.), while well stocked, there were no cookie sheets, and the master bed is not very comfortable (a memory topper might help). All in all, it was a great trip, and even with the rain, Waterforde 403 positively contributed to our memorable stay.
