STUDIO WITH TERRACE PARKWAY BEACH DIRECT ENGLISH

Beautiful air-conditioned studio of 29 m ² entirely renovated in February 2016 in building of good social security, with direct access to the beach on the Promenade des Anglais, on the last floor so very bright. Terrace of 6 m² facing south overlooking courtyard and garden in absolute calm. Beach opposite 40 m, all amenities and shops in the street of France at the foot of the building, Hotel Negresco 10 minutes walk, access to old Nice and Place Massena 20 minutes. All major bus lines pass down the building for the train station, the center and the airport. Non smoking apartment and not accepting our pets. Minimum stay of 7 nights in accordance with the regulations of the condominium.

Lovely apartment great location

We enjoyed two weeks of sightseeing and bicycling. Kitchen well equipped. Modern fixtures throughout. AC very welcome. Location close to tram and walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores Host accommodating and friendly. We would stay here again.

Perfect airy apartment

Great location right next to the Centre Universitaire MéditerranéenTram stop. Or you are on the main 12bus route. 30 minutes walk to the old town which is really nice along the sea front. The apartment is really fresh and clean, bright and airy with opening doors along the whole apartment. There is a ceiling fan and aircon which helps with the summer heat. Washing machine is really useful. Apartment door is very secure. Plus its a really quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Sehr schönes und verkehsgünstig gelegenes Apartment. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Promenade und anderes Nützliche ist ganz nah. Allerdings ist die Lage auf der Kartendarstellung von Fewo-direkt nicht richtig. Tatsächlich liegt die Wohnung direkt an der Tramhaltestelle Centre Universitaire Mediterraneen.

Great Stay!

My cousin and I stayed for 5 days in Nice. Frederic was lovely and the apartment was amazing. Amazing location near a grocery store, 5min walk to the beach and super close to the trams to take you into old nice. The apartment was super cute and was very well equipped and had AC ( which was essential in the summer!) We really loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Nice Apartment, very close to the beach

The apartment is not directly in the city center, but very close to the beach - just 2min to walk. If you take the tram the city center/Place Massena is just 2 stations away. And there are also supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour) in walking distance (5-10min). The apartment itself is clean, there were just a few ants near the balcony and the apartment has an air condition, which is very great in the summer! The space is big enough for two people to stay and the kitchen is equipped well. The hosts (Marie-Line and Frédéric) are very sympathetic, friendly and welcoming - the communication with them was easy. :)

Great accomodation with lots of comfort such as van on the ceiling, air-conditioning, cute kitchen with everything needed, balcony, WiFi etc. Building is in second row of Promenade des Anglais which makes it quite but close to everything. Great location, super sweet and helpful hosts. Two thumbs up! :-)
