Thank you so much for your lovely review. So pleased you enjoyed your stay at Little Owls Nest you’re welcome back anytime. One of our best features is our lovely location and the private field just for you . Lots of great places to visit in the area too.
Many thanks
Leesa
The cottage was clean and everything you need for a holiday was provided. We had no issues at all! It would have been nice if some of the windows provided a view of the outside but that's an architectural issue I suppose!

Thank you for your lovely review, so pleased you enjoyed your stay,
Very nice property, clean and comfortable. We stayed with our dog, and the paddock was excellent for him to have a safe run around in. We had a very enjoyable week there and would book again in the future.

Thank you for your lovely comments and review, so pleased you had a lovely holiday, You are welcome back anytime.
Before booking we read lots of very positive reviews. Just before going a really negative review came up which of course was a concern. However on arrival I realised that this negative review was completely unwarranted in our view. The garden was extremely safe for our sight hound. In fact she happily sat outside looking over the fields. The owner had asked us if we would like the chickens and ducks moved further down when she knew we had a dog. As we didn’t know how our dog would react we asked for them to be moved. They were before our arrival.
The cottage was spotless
There was a lovely welcome pack.
We asked for ideas for places to visit and these were sent to us. We went to Hunstanton old beach which was perfect with the dog. We also went to Oxburgh hall which was a nice day out.
All communication with the hosts was promptly replied to and they were welcoming.
Had a great short break and we’re glad we booked the little owls nest.
Wouldn’t recommend or stay again left after 15 minutes
The owner said secure back garden and offlead area. I knew the offlead area wasn’t secure but it turned out that it was actually just the back garden, not back door only a front door in use which is unsafe and a fire hazard. Also chickens in the garden which they didn’t inform me as had I known it didn’t have a secure back garden and had chickens I wouldn’t have booked it.

If the guest had read our details then you would have known we had 4 chickens which are behind a strong fence ,which if you told us they where a problem we could have moved them in 5 minutes. We have five fire exits in our barn so it is very safe. The accommodation has a very large field just for guest to use, which is well fenced, We have ran our holiday home for 14 years and never had a complaint
THE PROPERTY WAS IN A NICE SECLUDED LOCATION.
VERY CONVEIENT FOR KINGS LYNN, AND THE NORFOLK
COAST.

Lovely place to stay. We visited the area to visit family and friends. Plenty of places to explore and some great restaurants too. It was lovely to come back to the barn at the end of the day and relax. Very comfortable. Thanks.

Comfortable cottage, nice rural location
This cottage was perfect for our needs as a mature couple. Siutated in a good location and so near to lots of local attractions in all directions. Would have been nice to have met our hosts. The welcome treats were a lovely touch, thank you. The fresh eggs available to buy for travellers was an added bonus.

Wonderfully quiet, peaceful and spotlessly clean
This property was exactly as described. We arrived to find tea, coffee, wine and cake waiting for us in a sparklingly clean holiday home. Indeed, we have stayed in many, many cottages/holiday homes over the years and we are extremely fussy - especially with regards to cleanliness, and this is the first where we felt able to just make a cup of tea without having to wash the crockery first. The cottage was spotless and sparkling. So gold stars all round!
Leesa and David were very accommodating, taking our booking at very short notice and our stay was peaceful and relaxing. I would not hesitate in recommending thier property to others.
Many thanks for a really lovely 12 days.
