Designed and decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind with sophisticated, simple yet elegant interiors
and exteriors. The owners have added their personal
touch to the overall atmosphere of this exceptional
home. Intriguing contemporary art work with a
juxtaposition of wood and metal furnishings and marble all surrounded by green hills and the Mediterranean sea and sun.
The residence is comprised of three beautifully
decorated bedrooms the main one includes an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The main bedrooms all have the most breathtaking 360o panoramic view of ocean and Chania bay.
Villa Kedria is a fully equipped villa which includes a
washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric
oven, breakfast bar with stools, iron, ironing board,
toaster, sandwich maker, blender, kettle, microwave,
hot and cold water dispenser and an abundance of
cutlery, crockery, glasses, cookware etc.
The lounge has comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, TV, Netflix, satellite connection, DVD/CD player/radio, books, CDs, DVDs, games, fireplace etc. It has a large open dining room perfect for both formal and casual meals with family and friends. Near the dining room is a Jacuzzi side area located in a panoramic position.
Villa Kedria offers a spacious outdoor area with a private outdoor private swimming pool of more than 50m2.
Comfortable sun bed sand lounges for relaxing, a largegreen lawn and garden also include a private heliport, aplayroom with billiard and table tennis, outdoorfacilities with outdoor dining area barbeque and grill.

Amazing stay at a gorgeous villa

Our stay at Villa Kedria was perfect. Amazing hosts were waiting for us at our arrival. They took the time to show us the features of the villa and even sent us some recommendations for food and locations to visit. The property itself was immaculate. From the fully stocked kitchens indoor and outdoor, to the quality linens and towels, the breathtaking sunsets and the inviting pool, Villa Kedria made amazing Crete even better than what we could have imagined. It’s a 12 minute drive to Old Town Chania. We will definitely be back one day. Villa Kedria has left our family lifetime memories that we will cherish for a long time.

Best hosts ever!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this property was. I don't often write reviews because I'm typically very tired by the time I travel, but I figured I had to write this review. The host were absolutely amazing. They ordered delivery on our first night for us. When we arrived they gave us suggestions for dinner's, responded almost instantly to every single text. They booked an in-house massage for us, booked as for a manicure and pedicure and also to have our hair done. The house was extremely clean. They cleaned it every single week. They also had it fully stocked. I've never been in such a well stocked house. Thank you very much for this amazing stay. I look forward to coming back and booking again. And to see you again and catch up.

Spektakulärer Blick von einer wunderschönen Villa

Die Villa hat einen atemberaubenden Blick bei Tag und Nacht. Die Eigentümer Ioanna und Niko sind so nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Alles war sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
